After being turned away at AutoZone, these nice folks looked up the correct tail light bulb for me and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes.

I went to this store after receiving no help from a competitor store. I was greeted the moment I walked in from Andy, who helped me find my part. I know nothing about cars and he was so patient and kind. He offered to replace the bulb for me and I so appreciated it. It was so chilly out, but he took care of it so quickly and with a smile. Not only did he do a great job, but he was so friendly. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and knowledge!

I went into the Greensburg store to buy a thermostat for our car and Rob gave me some help and explained it to me so that I could understand what to do. I am mechanically talented and it was easy to understand what he was telling me. Then after I got home and worked on the car I called back and spoke to him and he gave me even more help over the phone. Rob is a very knowledgeable and VERY kind and helpful. I wish more parts stores had employees like him. I give him a 12 out of 10 for customer service. I will go to this store for more help with my cars in the future. Thank you.

Great Auto parts store. Would have bet the farm that my battery was dead and needed a new one. However, I had the time so I dropped it off and they put it on a long deep charge and checked it the next day when I picked it up. Battery was good after all and they didn't charge me anything for the service, can't find that kind of service anymore

I had stopped at advance Auto parts immediately after I needed to jump start my car. The gentleman behind the counter happily checked my battery for me and was honest about my battery still being fine. He could have simply lied and sold me a battery but instead pointed me in the right direction. This service makes me want to go back for my other automotive needs.
