I ordered a Sofritto whole grinder and cherry cheesecake. My Grandfather made us sofritto using other traditional various parts of meat over 55 years ago. This was tender veal sauteed and diced with marinara sauce. It was the most delicious sofritto with sauce I have tasted since 1965! Friendly & cordial associates. Gracie Nardelli's!

Had eggplant parm sub today - it was delicious. Pasta side salad was tasty too.

Hot Meatball parmigiana Grinder was EXCELLENT! Both meatballs and sauce have great flavor. Always friendly associates. If you haven't you NEED TO GO HERE!.....

Two American Combo grinders ( with a promo coupon! ) so full of good stuff and the grinder roll was the best & freshest bread I have had of all other places! Of course got salads/ chips & desserts to go too. Friendly associates. You need to go here!

Stopped in on a long drive right off the Merritt Parkway for the perfect lunch! Italian subs and meatball grinder were recommended and yup, they are so tasty and satisfying! Three of us shared a crazy rich dessert which was a waffle roll with cream cheesy filling. It would probably be fine for a table of six! Friendly service, clean place, dedicated parking, nice restroom.

We walked in asking if they had coffee. They didn’t but they actually called our hotel to make sure they still had coffee available and gave us a few locations where we could go for coffee as well. These men were the sweetest humans who understand what hospitality and kindness are about. I wish we had one in Miami so I could go more often. Not only were they extremely hospitable but the food was amazing 🩷

Yesterday I ordered an Italian combo grinder. And I was promised that this was going to the best sandwich of my life, made with love. At first I was skeptical, but half way through when all the flavors melded together it’s was a pretty amazing sandwich that I could taste the love. Thank you for the great experience and warm refreshing atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon.

Did not know they had a location in Norwalk! On Main Ave across from McDonalds and in same center as Cafe Dolce, I grew up with their original location in Waterbury CT and it’s great to see they have recreated the ambience and great food of the original Nardelli’s, I had the Meatball and friends had the Chicken Parm and Italian grinders….all terrific, also appreciated the cleanliness of the location, sounds silly, but you can tell how good a restaurant is by looking at the floors and checking out the bathroom and theirs were spotless!

Nardelli’s has the best food & the best customer service. Always fresh & delicious ingredients. Always kind, polite & appreciative of their patrons. They always patiently listen to my allergies & happily put toppings in little containers for me. I’m not a big sandwich person, but my husband is. This is his (& my) favorite sandwich spot. They also have amazing desserts, salads & a variety of chips & beverages. I can’t recommend this place enough!

When I ordered my Italian combo sub with everything I didn’t mean they meant EVERYTHING. But sure enough Mr Nardelli paid off my student loans, set me up with the love of my life, and bought me a retirement home in Maine. Sandwich was pretty good too.

Nardelli's makes the best grinders I've ever had anywhere. Service is fast and friendly. Their product is far superior to any of the other national chain local franchisees. The person who posted a 1 star rating is either certifiable, was having a really really bad day or has a vested interest in another chain's local franchise. Pardon my paranoia, but that review was "off the wall". By the way, I have no personal interest in this Nardelli's franchise. I just like to eat well. If you do too, give Nardelli's a try. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I'm pregnant and SUPER picky about almost everything I eat right now but the meatball grinder AND the cannoli are absolutely out of this world amazing!!!!! The owner is so professional, passionate and clearly wonderful at creating not only a beautiful and clean ambiance but also superb food, made with love :) IT'S A MUST VISIT even if you're just passing through CT.

I didn’t know who I was before I had a Nardelli’s High Protein Grinders sandwich but now I know…I’m a man who loves a damn good sandwich! Would I say I’m a religious man? No and after attending Catholic schools my entire life and being forced fed God I can say that I finally understand what the priests meant when they claimed one must see God in all things. I saw God today in between two volumptous pieces of soft bread in the form of a perfectly grilled chicken breast, fresh tomatoes and lettuce. I finally saw God today and it is all thanks to Nardelli’s! Now my relationship with my father has always been rocky at best but after having my Nardellli’s sandwich today I decided to call him after not speaking with him in years. I told him I loved him for the first time in my life…he proceeded to tell me how much of a disappointment I am and how he wishes I was more like my older brother but I didn’t care. I just sat there taking it as I reminisced about my Nardelli’s sandwich. If you want to turn your life around, go to Nardelli’s, grab a sandwich, go watch a sunset and thank God for sending us food geniuses like the Nardelli’s!

Let me start by saying YUMMM! I’ve been looking for a sub shop that made the perfect Italian combo and I found it ! I got it with everything on it and it was amazing! So fresh and delicious I will absolutely be going back!

After I took my first bite of the High Protein Grinder, I knew that this was no ordinary sandwich shop. While Nardelli's was able to provide over 100 sandwiches to myself, teammates, and coaches of the Dartmouth Football Team on our trip to Princeton, my sandwich tasted like it had been hand-crafted just for me. There was an excellent chicken to vegetable ratio, and they sure do give you a bang for your buck (massive portions!!). In addition to this, the owner was very personable and clearly had a passion for his food, which added to the overall consumer experience. I am confident that Nardelli's sandwich will provide us with the necessary fuel for our football game tomorrow, and am thrilled that our team decided to stop here. I hope to come back soon!

I had a coupon for buy one get one free Italian combo so I used it today. The grinder was so huge that my husbsnd and I shared it and it was just delicious. It had a generous amount of meat with lettuce and chopped vegetables. I was able to switch from mayo to oil and vinegar because it is made to order. The staff was friendly and efficient and I will certainly return even without a coupon.
They are the best in the area.

My teammates and I were on our way to New Jersey for a football game, so we had to get lunch on the road. When our buses pulled over to the Rest Area, a full buffet was already set up right next to our parking spots. The customer service was great, and the sandwiches were the biggest I had ever seen. The bread was crunchy, filled with juicy chicken breast and fresh lettuce and tomatoes- just the right thing to fuel a hungry football team before a big game. If I am every in the area again, I will most definitely order here again.

Nardelli’s is one of the best sandwhich spots in Connecticut. This was my first time driving with my football team up through Connecticut and we stopped to eat some High Protein Grinders which were fantastic! Being a Football player I really do appreciate the portion of the sandwhich as it was able to fulfill my needs on the long trip along with the delicious flavors. The customer service was exquisite. Our server really made our experience that much better. I’m sure it wasn’t easy feeding 100+ people at once but he gave us nothing but good vibes the entire time we were present. From his engaging conversations to the
excellent customer service he was extremely
knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. I will definitely be coming back up from New Hampshire again and take a stop to taste Nardelli’s again.

This was the first time I visited a Nardelli's Grinder Shoppe. I was very impressed with the shop manager, Matthew. He was welcoming, easy to speak with, and certainly knowledgeable about Nardelli's products and promotions. Excellent customer service. The shoppe was organized, clean, well designed. The Italian combo was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. My sandwich was made to order and was ready in minutes. I will definitely go back.

I went to Nardelli‘s today for the first time. I met the owner Matthew, he was extremely friendly! I ordered a seafood salad sub for myself it was amazing best sub I’ve had in a very long time! I also ordered a roast beef sub for my brother and he loved it!! If you haven’t been yet go go go go!!! Thank me later.
