Glad to be apart of the AUTO-CHLOR FAMILY! Top notch service and communication! From the day he walked in and asked me what I was looking for in a dishwasher/chemical company to the process of a seamless contract. Brandon and his team made the upmost effort to provide exactly what we needed and a super easy Install. Along the way asking what he could do to make the process the way we wanted it. By far would tell all my Restaurant/service friends to check them out and let them show you who they are. Thank you again! Will be calling again for the next restaurant we open!

We are beyond happy with our new service and machine. Brandon and the boys are top notch. They came got the install done in no time. When they come for their monthly check up of the machine they polish the whole area for you and make sure your running good. Their customer service Is second to none. I can’t stress how much better they are then those bums Ecolab. Best decision i ever made firing them and getting auto Chlor. Can’t recommend them enough.

Brandon has done a wonderful job for well over 8 years of helping me with running 2 different Environmental services departments at 2 major facilities in Pittsburgh, one of those being a start up. He has a can do attitude and always has a solution to any problems that arose. He and his company have a great array of products and he will not sell you something that doesn't work. These guys are great! Very professional and prompt. Brandon came out and fixed a problem for us at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. An Italian restaurant has so many different sauces that like to stick to the dishes. Our new machine and chemicals work very well. I would recommend them to anyone!

Brandon and the team at Autochlor are great! We’ve been using them for years and the level of service we receive is exceptional. He actively tries to save us money and is extremely responsive when any issue arises. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and this company!

I have personally been dealing with Brandon from Auto-Chlor for 4 years. Anytime I have any issues with our equipment or need any product, Brandon responds immediately. Also, every time Brandon comes to my place of business he is professional, courteous, and respectful to other visitors and employees. I have over 50 vendors I deal with and Brandon is one of the best. I could not imagine ever switching to a different company. I highly recommend Auto-Chlor.

Brandon has been a phenomenal help from this company, I have known him and his help for close to a decade. New to the Auto-Chlor System family of products and service providers! We are amazed at the quality of the products, far surpassing our previous supplier. Our service tech is friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel very confident in his abilities to diagnose and trouble shoot. The residents of our assisted living facility require top services and products on a daily basis. We are very pleased overall with the transition to this new provider and would highly recommend them to other in our industry.

Extremely satisfied with three years of service. I haven't had to worry about my system since it was installed because I know Brandon has my back. He is much better ;-) than his father as I understand it -- a high mark indeed.
From personally plumbing the system to delivering my semi-weekly orders, Brandon stops by regularly and even helps me and my staff keep the machine clean. I let him know when I am low and I have supplies when I need them.

Brandon has been our "dish machine guy" at Bethlen home for quite some time and we wouldn't want any other company/serviceman after using their products and services! Brandon is extremely personable and friendly as well as informative and helpful with his knowledge of the chemicals and products we use in our kitchen. He is always happy and willing to explain/fix issues or problems we have with anything, and if we run out of a product or need his expertise on a day he normally doesn't come, he still makes the trip in to help us out. Brandon Altman has done an impeccable job of supplying the Original Pie Shoppe with product for over 11 years now. I have never come across an individual so enthusiastic, pleasant and knowledgeable in his field. I recently took over ordering supplies and he walked me through everything, explained all of our current product and other products he offers that might serve our needs better (which of course they do!). He has never sold us a product that didn’t work, and has really gone out of his way to answer my texts or calls on anything. Brandon is great! He is on top of everything. On one occasion we had a problem with our dishwasher not working properly and I called him and he had somebody here fixing it within 30 minutes! We couldn't ask for better service than we get from him.
