Just went in for vapes...they showed me a *menu* for Hotbox flavors! Great customer service!

Hands down my favorite smoke shop ever, whoever the guy is thats always there definitely deserves a raise with how polite and attentive he is aswell as helpful he actually cares about the customers and the buisness. Without him i would probably go somewhere closer to home.

I bought me a pack of smokes I did. Yeah, waltz'd right up to the counter and said to the man there, I said, gimme a pack of them there in the middle. Well, the clerk obliged handing me the pack of smokes I pointed to, paid cash on the barrel head then promptly exited the establishment. It was a fine day, good smoking weather, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my purchase and consider it monies well spent. Thank you and good day.. 😊

The mgr Rich frightened my three year old and four year old daughter by yelling at my wife in the drive thru.he is always grumpy and disrespectful to her whenever she gets something at the drive thru.way to go he's being reported to his boss.Have a nice day Rich.
