Huge shout out to Kirsten for helping us tonight. We went to a different location, had a terrible experience, so we came here. She was so helpful and friendly. We had great conversation while the phones updated and she was insanely helpful through the whole process. I recommend this location over any other one you go to. Beyond thankful and very grateful for the help tonight. Clean store, inviting staff, good atmosphere. When I’m going for help on something they are always supportive of what I need.

Matthew did a fantastic job today! I hate getting a new phone but he made the experience fun. He seems to know what he’s doing. We will keep coming back! Thanks again!

Tina was absolutely phenomenal!! She worked with us for hours until she was able to solve all of our problems (caused by a competitor). She went out of her way; above and beyond! Best customer service I have ever received. She was patient, kind, and explained everything so that I was able to understand. 5 stars doesn’t do justice for how great she was! Tina deserves a raise!

Staff was AWESOME! They helped me unlock my phone and was not easy! But! They pushed through and got it done.. They all should be recognized for great customer service and respect!

I had the experience today with working with Jordan and I want to give him the highest star that you have...he is very customer service friendly and very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing as a t mobile expert..I would go to him every time I am at the store. .he is a keeper for T-Mobile..

Finally got a new phone after dealing with a broken one FOREVER. Matthew took care of everything! Regardless of what that other reviewer said, he’s awesome.

Jordan was great and very personable. He got us a great deal on 4 brand new phones.

Staff here took care of problems I had both at another store and dealing with the online support staff.

Great store and excellent customer service. I went in with my parents to transfer our lines from AT&T which I thought would be a straight forward thing. It turned out to be a more complicated than I had anticipated but Tina helped us getting everything sorted out and our phones up and running on T-Mobile. Definitely recommend going here.

The folks here are super nice and very helpful. I’m so ridiculously happy with their internet product. I will never have to deal with Comcast or Xfinity customer service again, and that makes me happy.

I think T-mobiles internet product is better. It’s $55 a month, period. And cheaper if you have the cell plan. They don’t raise your rates, unlike Xfinity who punish their customers’ loyalty with higher prices.

I can’t overstate how easy it was to set up home internet. I’m very happy with the performance of the internet so far as well, even with it being basically a beefy hotspot leveraging cell service instead of a cable/fiber optic connection.

The moral of the story is that this is an awesome internet solution. And the people I spoke to at the store were knowledgeable, friendly, and deserving of your business. I’ll never give another dime to Comcast.

Had a problem with my home internet, called T mobile customer care and they advised me to go to local store, went to another local store (when this problem started)and weren't willing to help with my problem. Got the new unit today and no power cord went to this store and Matt went out of his way to find a power cord for my gateway. Problem solved. Thanks again Matt.

I love T-Mobile…I been with them a long time. I had different phone companies over the years and I see there better than most. They were always nice to everyone I see. I hope they never go under.

Justin was EXTREMELY engaging, knowledgeable and helpful!!!! Would HIGHLY recommend. Called the day before we spoke about the difference between Wi-Fi and a hot spot...he was great, even held the equipment until I could make it up the next day. Next day he helped us and set everything up too. It was painless! THANKS JUSTIN! We are enjoying our new unlimited Wi-Fi as we speak!

Jess was so helpful! My family has been with Tmobile about 15 years, and when we needed to get new phones and switch some things up...Jess helped with everything and made sure we were all good, even later that evening.

Great customer service! Love this location! The employees are so nice and helpful, they even served us homemade cookies while we waited (and they worked on our billing issue). Highly recommend!
