Great Store. There are always associates there to help you. This is NOT the place to go if you want to walk around for 30 minutes looking for someone to assist you. Give em a try before you go to a big box store.

One of the cleanest and well stocked Ace Hardware stores I've ever been in. Employees are all very helpful. If you need hard to find hardware such as bolts and etc, they usually have it when other big box stores do not.

This is more than just a hardware store. I kinda feel like family when I am in this store

They carry mostly everything in the store. You walk in the door and associates are literally waiting on you to help you find what you need. I don’t know how such a tiny place has more readily available than Lowes does, but they just do! This place is great!

My gas grill finely died .I went to
Williams ace hardware to see if they
Had any .A phone call was made
And they had one . so I went to there
garage and they have a Weber grill
3 burner just the one I wanted and at
this time of year WOW !!!
I asked him how much he said 633.⁰⁰ plus tax, and I asked him do
you deliver and they said yes and I
said sold !!! .
Now at Giant eagle The same exact
grill they want 899.00 So what are you going to do??

products. Like much better than the larger box stores.

Good staff always really helpful and friendly. They also had Free plants yesterday.

Clean, well-stocked with pretty much anything you're looking for, and most of all amazing staff! If you can't quite picture what you need, I guarantee you they will!

After some thought I changed my rating to 5 stars. Hardware store has a good selection for the size and I've always had a good experience here. Especially the staff, everytime I've visited I get asked if I need any assistance and when I do they're knowledgeable and quick to answer giving me confidence in what I'm purchasing is correct and confidence that they know what they're talking about.

I go there all the time very friendly staff and they help you look for the items you need and carry out to your car. Thumbs up !

Williams hardware is off the charts with their excellent sales representatives.

If I need any assistance or anything they are on the spot wanting to help.

They have gone out of their way to order things for me if they didn't have it.
