Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

All right so I read through several reviews. My truck is currently there and my son has had work there recently. That being said they are putting up with me and my neurotic personality. They are addressing all of my issues. I won't go into detail. They're extremely busy. Their technicians are skilled. I think people need to realize that they have to pay overhead for that shop and the time and effort it takes to change brakes include a great deal of steps such as bleeding all four wheels. Yes I feel like I I am paying a little bit much for some things, but that is what happens when you go to a place that you can rely on. That said ,I have paid for what the estimate says and hope I don't have to pay anymore. Overall I will bring my vehicles there again. I inspected my Nissan frontier and it passed with flying colors. Working on a 38-year old truck brings a special set of problems and requires a special skill set. Thank you guys for putting up with my constant checking in. Dan Foltz ....out

We blew out a tire on 83 on the way to a wedding. Chris took good care of us and got us back on the road in about an hour. Fair prices and good service.

John and the team were patient with my every demand. Got new wheels from Custom Offset. They hand torqued to make sure of the fit. Added the Cooper Disc 4s, grip better, corner better, and smoother ride than my Michelins. Make sure the spare fit as well. This is my second buy from them and will not go anywhere else.

Randy and the team at Mr Tire did a great job recommending and installing new tires for my BMWX5. I’d recommend them for any automotive service needs. Thank you!

Randy was amazing and so understanding. He took me in so fast to have car repairs done same day so I could be safe traveling to and from hospitals during a medical crisis.

I normally change my own tires but I was on my way to Baltimore when I got a flat. Thanks to John and his wonderful team, I was able to get back on the road in no time. They were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly.

Quick and easy tire replacement. The tire was not repairable so I bought something they had on hand. Minimal wait time.

I purchased two new front tires at the Mr. Tire Shrewsbury location and am very pleased with the excellent service I received. I spoke with a gentleman named John over the phone and he very patiently helped me decide which tires to purchase. I know I annoyingly called multiple times, so the man must be a saint. At any rate, when I called back with my decision I spoke to someone other than John, and told them which tires I decided to go with. This gentleman was just as nice, but did forget to offer me the road hazard insurance and the lifetime installation. However, John was able to add both products on when I picked up my car. They went above and beyond, and I can honestly say this place is beyond my expectations and that I will definitely return as well as refer friends!

Came here for new tires and an oil change for two cars, and Randy was able to service both cars within 2 hours of drop-off. Great customer service and friendly staff, would come back again.

Shrewsbury PA location was a life savor. I was from out of town and I picked up a screw. I figured a new tire which was disheartening because of the extra expense. However with integrity and kindness they did not pressure a new tire, in fact they just patched it. Thank you for honesty and compassion when I was from out of town!

These guys are professional and courteous. The hand full of guys they have in the back know what they are doing. Call ahead and schedule an appointment they are busy.

Update as of 12/7/2020
I was in a pinch and needed to have the tires looked at on my wife's car, I showed up with no appointment, they filled up the tires and provided cap covers no charge and it was freezing! I was able to schedule a service on the tires for 12/09/2020 with no issue, these guys are awesome!

Update as of 4/29/23
I was able to schedule a same day service for a tire that was flat. I was planning on just dropping off and getting it the next day. I rode up up to the shop before my appointment, they advised they will get to it that day, and sure enough they were able to patch it and have it done before they closed. Needless to say I was thrilled at how fast and professional they are.

I was stuck in Shrewsbury early on a Sunday morning with a flat. A different store turned me away because they just didn’t have time to help, but even with a schedule full of appointments these guys quickly took off the tire and patched it, having it back on in no time and with me out the door and headed home to Delaware. Service with kindness and a genuine smile. Much appreciated!!!

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the folks at this location. I came in needing four new tires and a dozen other repairs on a Saturday during a holiday weekend and was able to get me back on the road by Sunday afternoon! The team here was informative, professional, and helped a very stressful experience turn into a very easy process. Thank you to everyone there!

The guys are always nice when I go in and the service is done in a timely manner. I just went in to get my tire repaired and I was in and out in 40 minutes.

Great service, knowledgeable staff. Tom at the front was especially helpful-- both in communicating what needed done (to someone who doesn't know cars) as well as keeping me and the other customer updated on when to expect our cars to be ready.

I'm glad they send oil change coupons and check the vehicles over to ensure they pass state inspection. Though I don't want to have to go back anytime soon, I am glad Shrewsbury has this shop for when the need arises.

I was having issues with my tire all week and stopped in, they weren’t going to have any openings till later that evening but they squeezed me in right away and also plugged my tire and on top of that didn’t even charge me! I was so pleased with the service thank you!

I stopped in for a quick oil change and that is exactly what I got! Bill and Andrew were very friendly and accommodating. The waiting room was clean and the chairs had social distancing. I was very happy with my service today! I will definitely be back.

Im giving 5 stars because I was told by a ( friend ) mechanic that i needed brakes. Mr tire checked out my brakes and said they were good. I really appreciate the honesty. Thank you
