Drive thru staff is always friendly and helpful at this location. I would go out of my way to food from here, rather than going to a 1 closer. I've never received an incorrect order. I like that they utilize the double lane drive thru also! It keeps things moving along!

The food has been hot and quick on my last few visits.

As usual, the first thing you should do before going to McDonald’s is to download their app. This is one of the best food apps there is! There are always great deals, and the points add up very quickly! The best part about McDonald’s breakfast is their iced coffee. I usually get an iced caramel coffee. They are half the cost of the other major competitors, and it is just as good. During this trip, I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel along with a side hash brown. I ordered on the app ahead of time, went inside to pick it up, and was out of there within a few minutes. I beat everyone who was in the drive-thru. The quality is really good, and the staff is always nice. This McDonald’s went through a renovation project a few years ago, and is very clean. If you are going here, be sure to order through the app to collect your points and to get faster service. This is one of my favorite McDonald’s in the area. We have been coming to this one since I was in elementary school, and it is one of the more reliable ones in the area.

The only complaint was the bathroom. I had to hunt for and finely find a tiny trash can buried under the sink counter. Employees were nice place was clean my coffee was made to order and a good temp.

In a world where people rarely want to do their job, let alone go above and beyond for a customer, Alex did just that. She exceeded our expectations and more. She is by far the kindest, sweetest McDonald's employee we have encountered in our travels all across Western Pennsylvania.

My son and I went to this McDonald's and the way the wait staff treated myself and my son was really a breath of fresh air!! I don't know her name but she just started there and she let my 5yo son order by himself which took some time but she was more then happy to get it done and make his day ordering for himself, then she took my order ,was very thorough and had an infectious attitude that brightened up the place, she made us feel like we were regulars at a local diner, please take note of this individual and commend her. Try and treat your customers like she did, I will be stopping by and giving her a tip because she went above and beyond just being herself thank you to the wonderful person who waited on us today you're awesome,

Big thank you to the people that show up every day here. They are greatly understaffed due to no fault of their own. Everyone is always pleasant that I have encountered. Please be kind to the people that did show up today as they are doing the best they can with what they have.

Rain was very nice. She was very helpful with showing us the menu and telling us what this location offered. She went above and beyond with telling us what was a cheaper but still valuable offer. Will visit again.

I went through the drive-thru and their system was down, so they were cash only at the time. You could tell they were short staffed, but whoever was working did a good job.

People. Are wonderful.
Food. Is delicious.

The food was piping hot. We did have to wait just a tiny bit but not like some places! They asked us to pull forward in spot 1 to wait and it wasn't even 5 minutes they had our food out. It was to hot to eat right away.

I ordered thru the mobile app. got my food fresh and hot. Greensburg McD's you did awesome. And, that was the first time using the app. quick and simply ordering.

Good except for not properly ringing up my rewards. That's happened more than once lately. If there's a better way for it to be rung up you should work on that. It was mildly irritating.

drive thru line is always super fast even if they have cars wrapped around the building. You always get what you ask for if you want something customly made like extra of one topping and none of another they are pretty good with that... pretty much you dont be ridin around cussin them out cause they messed up ya order

I drive-thru this McD's almost every morning and the folks who work here are always very friendly, helpful, accurate with my orders, and I look forward to seeing them every day.
This is the only McDonald's where the drive-thru line moves quickly and smoothly, with two lanes.
The coffee is always fresh and the food is always well-prepared.

This McDonal's was really nice. Hats off for the workers, they were super understanding. I made a large online order (that was kind of complicated) and they were very professional about it! In fact, they were super awsome about it! All the food was prepaired correctly and it was all fresh and hot!!! One of the best McDonalds I've ordered from! Everyone enjoyed their food 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Really miss the play place for the kids.
