S'eclairer

I have been with S'eclairer for a month now, and I absolutely love it. It is the first behavioral health service I've been to where they truly care for the whole person. This is evidenced by the many different types of services and resources offered. The staff is an understanding, compassionate group of people who I trust with my well-being. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to begin the journey of positive change in their life or even maintain quality mental and behavioral health.

The atmosphere is very comfortable and laid I bring my dog there every single time i go. He gets lots of love & some treats! It takes a little while to be seen, but when you do, it’s very fast. They also have apologized, as they are trying to fix the issues with their phones.

I can not say enough to thank Dr & staff for their help thru my dark, difficult times. I am now able to deal with my anxiety/ depression issues and have been leading a productive life. Thank you & God Bless. The DBT therapy & Dr. CHAUNDRY is a heaven sent avatar.

They are very professional. Their groups are very thought out and practical. Highly recommend them. Nicole the PA there is amazing.

There is no doubt, that you can't find a better more caring place in the country that sees you as a whole person with healing programs involving mind, body, and spirit.

I had an appointment at s'eclairer. I was having very bad car trouble, and money issues, as well as health issues(i'm a walking disaster, i know). I always called at least 5-7 days before the appointment to move it. this last time, i called the day before, as my car is old, and i didn't think it would make it from derry to export, and i need it to get to work. i changed my appointment 24 hours before my appointment, the day before. Nothing was said, just a, yes ma'am, that's fine. I called in a few days later set up an appointment(my mother was going to pay for it for me, as i need to be on anxiety medication), and they said they wouldn't be able to set it up until i paid a 100 dollar cancelled appointment charge! what!!! They take your cards on file before your appointment, and tried to charge my already drained bank account(part of the reason i couldn't make it half of the time. have a car fixed enough to go to work, or have a mental health appointment.) It's ridiculous! Punishing people that are trying to make it and also need mental health help. I was never even made aware that there was a cancellation fee, or i would've MADE sure i would've been able to go, as i couldn't afford the co-pay, let alone a 100 dollar fee! You guys are supposed to help people, but your just money-hungry!

They sent a $14 medical bill, that I never received, to a collections agency. Terrible management and service.
