Have been there on several occasions and a patient as well for 4 yrs almost ..always helpfull and kind ..would recommend them ....

Doctors are great Brenda is the best however the reception staff no so much. One receptionist is great to deal with the other however is a nightmare and has no business working with people. She would be better suited somewhere else where she can utilize her passive aggressive attitude and anger and focus it on something other than a patient, instead they give her a phone and let her verbally abuse people who have been patients for years. Great job Doctors and medical PROFESSIONALS the other lady needs to find someplace else to work. Nothing will be done about the bad receptionist however patients be warned. However the Doctors are wonderful.

I'm not sure how many times now I've called about an issue or needed something related to medication and they wait until 4pm to call back...knowing the phone service won't be available if you just barely missed it and try to call right back.

Had been long time patient of this office dating back to Dr DeMezza's tenure. Needed a prescription refill and called the office. After waiting for close to 10 minutes on hold, got through.
After connecting was treated to a terse grilling by the individual. Why hadn't I been there recently and many others. Totally unprofessional in the questions asked and how handled. Finally, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!
If your considering this office, think long and hard. Better choices out there.

Doctors are Great! Barbara the Office Manager is a Clown! If she don't like what you are saying she talks over you and tells you how wrong you are. The words "I find that very hard to believe" = a nice way of calling someone a liar. Last time I checked that is not professional. She made me mad and then I got unprofessional after many attempts to do it right. Watch out if you have to deal with the "Office Manager" over any issue. Let us all remember as well that the post office has not been great over the last year.

Horrible service. Had an appointment, prior to this they had all my info including my insurance! The day of my appt that I waited 2 months for, went to the appt. Then was told to leave cause they don't take my insurance. Then why did u take the appt and my info? They even called me to confirm the appt a week before. RIDICULOUS!

Absolutely horrible to deal with. No one ever answers the phone. Then they ask you to leave a message but they cut you off. I have never seen anything like this
