Absolute outstanding service but most of all they go the extra mile. We have had our pool for 7 years and have felt that all of the employees are family. Their knowledge is spectacular but most of all is how they care and go that extra mile.

The people at Nemo pools were very helpful as always in determining which chemicals my pool needed to get it back to clear. This time was a real challenge because it was swamp green! Thanks guys for all your help!

Nemo Pools always tells me exactly what I need for my pool and does not sell me a bunch of costly stuff that I don’t need. Other places sold me expensive buckets of things I didn’t need and it sat here until we threw it out. Wasted money.

They replaced our liner a couple of years ago and we've been doing business with them ever since. They were helpful through the whole process, gave us multiple options for liners, were prompt and professional the whole time. The team in the store is always helpful and polite when we go in, it's always a pleasant experience.

Went in the earlier today and had a fantastic experience. The sales associate JT was extremely helpful and not to mention cute. I had a few questions about my hot tub and he was very knowledgeable. Evidently, the reason why my hot tub isn't working is because I had it filled with Vinegar instead of water. Thanks Nemo!

Nemo built our in-ground pool 8 years ago and everything is holding up well. Chuck and Scott in their Service department are great to work with. I really appreciate that they take the time to help me through an issue (general maintenance-related) over the phone before arbitrarily scheduling an unneeded service call. If you want a nice pool at a great value, call Nemo.

Nemo's the rescue ! While having a new patio installed, the pool skimmer line got cut, Nemo was out within 30 minutes of calling them to fix the line!
Now that is truly OUSTANDING SERVICE for their Customers !
