Came across Flat Tire Co on Pinkbike. They had a bike I wanted listed there so I called the shop to confirm that the listing was correct. Great price on a bike that would have cost me $300 more elsewhere. Ashley was helpful, honest, and straightforward. Bought the bike from only seeing pictures of it and it came in awesome condition. Better condition than I expected. The bike was very carefully packed and arrived in 3 days! Can’t wait for spring to ride. Appreciate local shops even when they are not local to me. Thoroughly happy with my purchase.

I am not the wealthy of Greensburg, I am a nurse trying to pick up cycling as a new sport to stay active. I purchased my salsa from Flat Tire in May 2020 and it is one of the best investments I ever made. As a beginner I was welcomed to group rides and started to build more confidence to ride alone. Flat tire even offered me a custom bike fit from a UPMC cycling performance expert. The shop carries all the extras I wanted for my bike including lights, bags and pedals. Not to mention, they have a great selection of excellent riding gear and supplies for maintaining my bike. Ashley and her staff are helpful with informing me about the products they carry and steering me in the right direction.

Quality. I want to stress how much this matters. I wanted a bike that challenged me and it got me in the best shape. Invest in a bike and the bike will invest in you.

They helped me pick out an ebike that fit my needs. I have some neuropathy and other stuff going on so was hesitant to ride a bike again. The lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did some customization for me. She also recommended an adapter to inflate the tires that I should have took her up on. Went back today to get it. A guy this time helped me out and inflated the tires. It seems everyone I talk to there knows their products inside and out. Really nice people too so it's like having a friend help pick out a bike.

Awesome bikes and friendly faces - have always been a great help and they always try to have the best parts in the shop. Will always recommend them to everyone I know. They can help you with normal bikes to premium models. Service is top notch and Justin is one of the only people I would let work on my bike, suspension especially.

Group rides are always fun and can look forward to trips to various bike parks and spots around the region to ride at.

Through all of the parts and bike shortages they have been doing everything they can to keep people riding.

in my opinion, one of the best bike shops around! most bike shops in western PA area are all road bike focused. flat tire had a nice selection of mtb/trail bike/enduro parts, gear and accessories in stock as well as road bike stuff and all around bike gear. had to make a hour drive to get there but they were the only one who had my specific tire and size in stock (especially hard to keep things in stock during this pandemic) also everything seemed to be priced fairly and not over charged like most bike shops in the area......
even though it's a hour away, they will be getting me as a return customer and can't wait to come back and have a look around at all the gear and bikes! seemed like really friendly staff too! thanks flat tire! you replaced MY flat tire in a hurry and in time for race day!!!!🤙🏻👍🏻🤘🏻😁

Couldn’t be happier with my entire experience at Flat Tire. Ashley ordered in a bike for me and it was set up in no time. Pricing was more than fair. It’s been quite some time since I’ve been on a bike, and she answered my questions (which were probably idiotic) with grace and ease. I try to stay local when possible, and there’s no reason to go elsewhere, in my opinion.

Flat tire did a great job of tuning up our bicycles. Both bikes were cleaned and fixed correctly. Really helpful in picking out some accessories and parts. Highly recommend them for repairs or purchasing bicycles or accessories.

The crew at this bike shop are some of the most accommodating friendly and straightforward individuals I've came across in a brick and mortar location of any variety. I'm a 300+ lb cycling enthusiast and a lot of my experience is uncharted territory and they helped me navigate all the struggles and always take the time to explain everything to me. Great local bike shop! Excellent service techs and very knowledgeable sales staff. They carry all sorts of bikes and have a ton of demo bikes that you can try before you buy. What else can you ask for?
