John & Brian did a wonderful job on carpeting our stairs and installing flooring in the entryway! Very grateful for how they paid attention to detail, fixed the loose stairs, replaced trim, painted & added trim that no other company has ever done throughout this old house. It’s so nice to have a project 100% complete. The men were also very nice & professional. Great at explaining things and shook our hands when it was all done. Since moving to this area 5.5 years ago I have not been treated this well by anyone. Even my cats like it! Now I won’t hear my teenager coming down the stairs in the middle of the night and we don’t have to worry about slipping & falling down the stairs on loose, old carpet. Brian and John did a wonderful job at my mom's home! But more than that, she fainted and they helped her by calling an ambulance and stayed with her. We are beyond grateful and appreciative for their caring spirit and kindness. Words cannot express our thankfulness.

So pleased with their service. Our original floor was installed incorrectly and had gaps and humps in the hardwood. They were able to find the same hardwood, replace the floor, fix the humps and the gaps were gone! Very professional, explained everything in detail, kept the place clean and was done in 2 days. Will definitely refer them to friends and family and will hire them for all our flooring needs.

This was the second time we've used them and they were SUPER! From choosing flooring types and colors at their showroom to install clean-up at our house, we could not be happier.

They are priced similar to other "chain" stores but you always know who will show up to install and that it'll be done right. Give them a chance to quote your next flooring project....and tell them Brian & Diana sent you (it won't get you a discount though, but tell them anyways). Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
