Matt helped my wife one day, and was wonderful. came back in the next day and Matt had already filled Chris in, even though he had to call in when he was off and sick. They both made the experience as easy as possible. Clearly great people in addition to being hard workers!

Chris was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my Samsung Flip 4 phone. Including explaining alternative plans to switch back to Iphone without incurring any additional expenses. While in retrospect I would not recommend getting the Flip Phone 4, Chris was very helpful to fix the Sim Card issue and for now I am very happy with the solution! I'm hopeful the phone has no more issues with the remaining time left on the contract. Thanks Chris!

Alyssa was the most knowledgeable person I've ever dealt with at Verizon (or any business). She clearly and patiently answered questions and explained my different phone options. No hard sell or pushing me to choose a particular phone. Once I decided she again was extremely helpful getting everything set up and explained. She went above and beyond. She was engaging and her staff were clearly both knowledgeable and comfortable with her. A truly terrific experience.
