The store is under new ownership, the woman people speak of, is gone thankfully. The new owners are pleasant and have a well stocked store, from tobacco to bongs, its got it all, plus slot machines woohoo!

It's a tobacco store. Good selection. Fair prices. Good location. Friendly staff when Jennifer is there... hey it is what it is. The others seem miserable and annoyed at your presence. Perhaps they should be bill collectors instead.

Always a different price for my Cigarettes not much different just a few cents but that's pretty sketchy also they didn't have my cigarettes once and I haven't been back since. I know it wasn't really their fault but they're a very popular brand so you'd think they'd keep extra stock for busy holiday weekends

They won't give you matches. They say it's illegal to give things away. More than once they said this cause I ask each time. ( it's not. That's real s#++% to say that)

I went into this store for the first time yesterday. I will never go in there again and will state this on my selling site on Facebook with over 7,000 members. The woman behind the counter looked miserable when I went in and her tone in which she spoke to me was horrible and unprofessional. I had heard before that the people in this store were nasty but thought I would give it a try. Well they are right and I will be contacting the home office of this store/chain. It is unbelievable that people can be so rude and miserable. If you don't like your job then leave and find something else preferably where you don't have to deal with any people. I don't care if I have to drive hours to find a store I will NEVER go there.

I will no longer patronize this place. There's an older heavyset woman in there who has never been friendly or courteous. I told this story to many people i know and they have all had some sort of unpleasant encounter with her as well. Two weeks ago I was talking with another customer. She was listening in aka eves dropping and I said something that she obviously didn't like. Remember...I was not speaking to her. She got belligerent and nasty towards me. Obviously she needs a lesson in manners much less customer service. Bad mouthed all NYers. As long as she works there...I will never step inside again. I took my business elsewhere!!

Im the guy that ordered 3 sleeves of chewing tobacco almost 55 dollars. I left the tobacco at the counter when the female store clerk talked to me with an attitude that's so filthy it makes a garbage dumpster seem like a 5 star restaraunt.
Thank you, I met the guy up the hill from you, he was happy to have my business, greeted ant treated me like he appreciated a customer.

I visited the Lords Valley store tonight. The clerk was the rudest, snippiest, and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in a retail store. I will NEVER shop in that store again.
It is unbelievable that with all the complaints....the company does nothing to get rid of this employee and remedy the situation.
