Ole Hickory Inn

I am so happy that The Ole Hickory Inn is under new management and has a new cook / chef. Several weeks ago my son and I had the chicken piccata and the whole dinner was excellent. One day I stopped in and had the reuben sandwich and was very pleased. Last Friday we had their fish and shrimp dinner specials and we're very pleased again. I really hope that the word gets out that the kitchen is up and running again. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was excellent.

Love coming here for wings on Thursdays. They make their wing sauces in house. Joelle is an amazing bartender. She is the best one they have. Stop in on a Thursday and have the best experience! Thank you Joelle for your bubbly personality and always being positive!

Hands down, without hesitation, the best fish on Friday I have ever had!! Other foods are good, but with the fish they knock it out of the park!!!!! If you haven't eaten fish here on Friday you are missing out! Rarely do I give 5 stars. They also make the fries that are extra crispy, the ones that I believe are floured after they are cut, then fried. They have that little bit of extra crunch. Not overcooked crunch or crispy, the really good kind of crispy. Excellent all they way around!!

Such a cute place. Very rustic and cozy. I didn't eat there tonight ... But the menu looked delicious and everything on it is home made. I had the stuffed pepper soup the last time I was there .. Super yummy. The new deck is awesome! Great spot for a outdoor meal or drinks with friends. The staff was friendly and everyone was having a nice time chatting it up at the bar. Can't wait to go back and try a homemade meal sometime soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon here. Lovely barmaid offered me a guiness when I asked for a dark beer. And she very accurately advised what I would think of a "Steel City".

I've spent five weeks in the state of PA. Loving every moment, and I'm here.just because of world-wide travel difficulties with this.little snivel.going around.

The best grilled chicken salad I've had recently! Going back some time soon to try the wings. Super sweet server, clean, quaint establishment.

Just moved into the area and stopped in by chance. Great lunch! Chicken salad, burger and fries all good. Plus really nice service.

First time here and from the food to the atmosphere everything was outstanding. Their wings are really good and easily better then the bigger bars like b dubs.

Had a 10x20 custom barn made.It was made within the time frame that was told to me.Delivery driver Allen kramer was very nice person and spent the extra time to set it the way I asked for.

This place is a great place to feel relaxed and with good people. 100% recommend stopping in and getting some food and drinks.
