Great location, very friendly environment that offers many stores and restaurants close by.

The landlord never answered their phones when we would call, and now they're trying to get more money out of us after we've been moved out of the apartments since June. Saying there was burns in the carpet when there was not a single burn in it, not to mention the carpet wasn't replaced before we had moved in. Terrible honestly really just terrible. Oh ya and the apartment we had started falling apart and when I was calling about that we couldn't get ahold of ANYBODY about it, the ceiling was bowing in and the bathroom ceiling literally leaked

This place is not what it appears. From the North Avenue view, you see a quiet, well-kept apartment complex with a cut lawn and flowers. From the other side, the tenant side, you will see a completely different view. Take a stroll into on of these rentals and see coats and coats of paint so thick that when it's too humid, most of your doors won't even close. Take a look at the piss-poor craftsmanship of every cabinet, bathroom tile and fixture. What you'll see is bathroom tiles that come out of the floor when you try to scrub them. You will see cracks in the drywall that have been (GASP!) painted over to look like they were never there. You will see unpleasant drops of some unknown brownish/orange liquid running down the walls of those 20 layers of paint when it gets too humid. You will see mold in every corner of every basement painted over and "Taken Care of" with Great Value Brand bleach spray. Check out those 1980s moldings around the broken screen doors. Yes, you can see light shining through when you shut and lock your outside doors! Think you can take your tenant needs to the onsite property manager? Enter Fred: the most useless, senile man to have ever managed a property. Bathroom with rusted faucets will have to wait! This man spends his time picking up twigs and random fallen leaves most of his time and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when it comes to actually taking care of tenants and their rental needs. Just wait until it rains! When the townhouse basements flood because "Fixing the foundations would be too much work", you basically won't see Fred unless he's ushering around another higher up that cares less about the tenants than Fred does. Also, if living in a place with walls so thin that you can hear your neighbor piss is something you're looking for, move here! If Prudential Realty was anything other than a money-sucking slum lord, these places would be demolished. The North Avenue Apartments are nothing but an expensive ghetto where you only regret moving there after you realize what a hole you're actually paying for. Your money doesn't go toward anything to take care of your rental. Don't live here. Don't even look. It's not worth your time or your money.

The Maintenance man Dan harasses the tenants and makes false accusations about them to get them in trouble. He tells other tenants personal and confidential information about other tenants. The apartments are filthy, half the doors in my Apartment don’t close because they continuously painted over top of the old paint. Part of the kitchen floor tile is raising up because it wasn’t put down correctly. Horrible company and horrible place to live.
