Great service. Mark is great to work with. Honest, owner, knowledgeable. Prices lower than dealerships for vehicle servicing and parts and tires.

They are always fast and efficient getting my service done. They have a waiting area with a T.V. There is a pop machine and even noticed it stocked with Yoohoo! They even advised when best to schedule my service to get the best rebates!

The service manager also asks that you need return within 50-75 miles to get your nuts tightened. Great service with your safety and value their top priority!

I had leaky tires, so I brought in my car. They repaired the leaks without suggesting that I get new tires. The price was fair.

A couple of weeks later, the leak returned, so I brought it back in. They found a screw in one of my tires and fixed it without charging me. They said that they didn't think they missed it on the first time, but just in case, they did not charge me.

They are also insistent that their customers bring in their cars after driving it for a bit to ensure the tires are secure - also at no additional cost.

Amazing customer service and attention. Felt like I was the only thing the manager was concerned with while he was speaking to me... Actually felt like he dropped everything to give me his undivided attention. Can't believe I haven't come here before. Will definitely return with other vehicles and highly recommend.

I can't recommend Waterdam Auto Service/Goodyear highly enough. They have taken care of my repair and tire needs for several years. They are competent, fair, and honest, and the repairs are always done when promised. Great place.
