Was able to schedule a same day appointment to get reasonably priced tires. The employees there were very polite and honest about what all my car needed. I went in for 2 tires and ended up with leaving with 4 tires and a honest breakdown of what else my car will need in the near future and what items should have been flagged on my recent inspection (done elsewhere) but were not. They seemed to genuinely care that my car was safe to drive without trying to upsell me on anything. Great service, great experience

Came in on a last minute appointment made the morning of and they were able to make time to change and align 4 tires and for a fair price and in just a few hours! I won’t be using any other places for tires/alignments in the future. These guys are great!

We had a tire blow out and rolled in on a donut with the old tire in the trunk. Cody and Dave took great care of us! Cody brought the old tire in to show us where it blew and explain what caused it. They fixed us right up quickly and affordably. We were very happy with the service and they've made a returning customer of our family!

Took me the same day I called about my flat tire. Nice customer service. Clean facility. Quick fix. Was there for 1 hour to replace 2 tires. High five, guys!

I brought my car in because I needed 2 tires worked on. I got one patched & the other replaced. They ordered my tire & had my car done within 2 days (the tire could take up to a week to arrive). I also had a few old tires at home that I no longer needed & they took them to be recycled at no charge to me. A+ service! These guys are amazing! Thank you so much & I will definitely be back in the future

This location is very well maintained, staffed and managed. It is always clean and there is a very nice waiting room with vending machines. I have been going to them for 3 years and I have never once had a bad experience. I have always felt that the mechanics were reliable and competent as well as friendly. The manager, Mike, really gives you the sense that they have their customers best interests at heart.

I can’t say enough on how wonderful the service was at the McMurray location. They were professional, genuinely cared about my needs. I didn’t have an appointment but they made time for me and took care of my car quickly.

Cody is very honest and straight forward. He takes the time to explain in detail what he is doing and more importantly why. Cody and his staff are polite and professional. I would drive out of my way and past other businesses to have my car worked on here.

Customer Service was excellent. Techs were very helpful in navigating the issue at had. Service was quick and seamless. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Zack and company were great, took me in right away. They discussed with me what the problem was, which turned out to be not as bad as I thought. They were all great, thank you for your work and your honesty. If there is another problem I will be back. Thank you again!!!!

I had a walk-in inspection and was pleasantly taken care of by Cody. He got the truck in right away, dealt with the fleet, and had me out in less than a couple hours. Thank you Cody and all the guys in the shop for such effective services!

I needed a tire while traveling. I connected with Mavis (NTB) through their call center. They found the size I needed and set up an appointment at 420PM (the store closed at 5. I arrived at 440 and the manager and team in Canonsburg PA were friendly, thorough and had me on the road again quickly. I highly recommend them.

Was able to change all for tires(which one was flat), get an oil change, and an alignment for under 900! Staff was super helpful and explained what was what. Definitely recommend this spot if your considering another tire shop (cough cough good year cough cough)

Woke up to a nearly flat tire! huge screw in it. The day before a holiday. We were concerned we wouldn't be able to get it repaired. The man at National Tire and Battery not only got us in. But he got us in and out quickly. Great service.

Came in on a late appointment on a Friday afternoon. They were able to change and align 4 tires for a fair price and in less than hour. Great group of guys!

They guys at NTB McMurray were super helpful and provided great service. I made the appt. The day of and everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

Mike helped me select tires for my daughter's Jeep, ordered them late one afternoon and had them installed within a few hours the next day when they arrived. Great service. Will definitely visit them again for all my maintenance needs.

After todays snow, I made my way to work and was looking online for new tires, Goodyear in McMurray wanted over 800 for new tires, Monroe was close in that price range but when I came across nbt and seemed cheaper, called about 230 an once I got off work they got me in at 4… when I got there I was greeted by Trent he was able to work out some numbers along with a warranty at literally half of the price of everyone else’s in the area.. which is awesome.. I had a little bit of a wait but technically I was squeezed into their schedule and that’s fine.. would definitely recommend to anyone looking around for services and will go back … thank you Trent!!!

I brought my car here to have the tires replaced. I am not familiar with buying tiers or everything that comes along with a tire replacement, but Mike was super patient with me as I asked 100 questioned and reviewed options with him. He helped me to find a good quality tire that was within our budget, and he even walked me through the care and maintenance to get the most out of our new tires. I came in about an hr early, and the team had my car on the lift within a half hr. It was a great experience overall, we will bring our car here as long as Mike and the team are here! I am actually planning to bring our car here for the oil changes as well from now on, as they will also check the other things like the alignment and tire pressure, which will help us get the most out of our new tires. Highly recommend!
