I have purchased T-Shirts, embroidered polos, banners, etched wine glasses, and a few other things over the years from JD Engraving, and every time the products are spot on and exactly what I have asked for. Jen and Daren are fantastic and I will not go anywhere else for my needs until they retire!

Did an okay job. I asked to engrave a name across a water bottle and gave the chosen font. I assumed it would be written with a combination of Upper and lowercase letters with the chosen cursive font and they assumed all uppercase. Did not turn out as expected but have to keep it since the bottle was 60 dollars and a gift.

Make sure you are careful because they valued expediency over customer satisfaction. We did receive it a day earlier than expected, however it was not the anticipated end product.

Would return but with very specific instructions.

Very disappointed in the merchandise! The staff didn’t seem to care that it was a gift and I was unhappy with it.

I waited quite some time to put this up and it isn't about their services. I worked for them for a short period of time. I went by my dead name because I immediately picked up that this wasn't an lgbt friendly environment. I was promised a permanent position and after several months was separated because "the previous embroiderer chose to come back". I was used as a fill in and turned down a permanent position due to this dangling of a carrot. The owner had a huge negative impact on my life and took advantage of my neurodivergent skills like many others without rewarding or recognizing them. When you support this business, you are supporting dishonesty. I would have pressed formal charges but I'm still struggling just to survive due to their actions. Now I have chosen to come out about my story and warn others. Hold the people who wrong you accountable. It may save the next person from the trauma.
