I had an amazing experience at Batteries +. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and honest! I went In thinking I cracked my phone screen and was going to have to hundreds to get it fixed. They figured out that it was only my screen protector that cracked and it was a $20 charge!! Thank to the staff for making my week! 😁

This place is great. They’ve fixed phones for me. I’ve got some fun toys/lights there. They have odd items that I have trouble finding elsewhere. And the people have been friendly every time I’ve been there.

These guys were very helpful trying to get me the key I needed for my car. They weren't able to make it work in the end but they went above and beyond trying to make it work. Staff was very competent, polite and knowledgeable.

Far and beyond great customer service. We were stuck. Traveling from Ohio and our car suddenly dies on Rt. 70. After getting towed to a safe location, it was decided to try a new battery. Lucy from Battery Plus was kind enough to deliver us a new battery. But we soon learned that that wasn't the fix. So carless, in 90+*, we were lost as to what to do. Lucy volunteered to drive us to a hotel! Amazingly generous of her and very, very much appreciated. Thank you, Lucy! Give her your business. ☺

Bat + was great, fixed my iPhone quickly and thoroughly!!! I highly recommend trying them first vs the living hell phone carriers make even the smallest of tasks. Wash Pa has a very friendly staff!! No pressure or 'upselling'! Thank you!!

Very professional, down to earth also understood what my problem was immediately with the iPhone 12 Pro Max. They went and made my phone new again. . Very happy 😊 10/10

Just got a good deal on four batteries for my golf cart. The guys at the Washington, Pa shop were both courteous and competent. I ordered online and the batteries were there the next day. In and out in under 10 minutes.

The people in this place are very knowledgeable, and fun. I ALWAYS smile and laugh when I am here. They have fixed my pregnant battery TWICE now, and they are just really great, kind people.. I highly recommend them.

They were so nice and helpful when I needed a cell phone repair. They were creative, worked together, and did not give up. As a result, they were ultimately able to make the fix! It saved me money and a huge hassle. I am so grateful for their hard work in helping me. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Thought my screen o my phone was shattered to find out it was just my screen saver that was damaged. Great customer service.

I thought I needed a new screen on my phone. Here it was just my case that was bad. They coukd of said yes you do but instead they told me what to do at no charge.

Is there anything these guys can't fix? I took my watch in and the guy changed [both] batteries in a few short minutes and the total [2 batteries + labor] was less than $15 [with tax]! I just recently got a new transponder for my car made here too for just under $125 with tax! That included a new key, the transponder and programing!!!!

Lucy and Jonathan went above and beyond helping me today with getting better connection in my car from my cell phone!
