I ordered new front tires online had them delivered here. There was no paperwork sent proving I already paid but the guy got on the phone after I showed him my purchase and got it all taken care of. The 2 gentlemen were so kind, the one chatted with me while the other was on the phone, I felt so at ease there which is NOT normal for me going to a new place for the first time. The manager gave me great info about my lug nuts, these guys definitely know what they are doing. I waited there and the waiting room is nice, I've been to garages and places with not so good waiting rooms, I use the restroom 🚻 there and it was clean and smelled nice, another rarity for a place your car gets worked. Unlike some places they'll do appointments also. I will be getting my tires replaced here from now on and possibly other work as well. The manager asked me to leave a review on here and I said I definitely would do it. I don't typically leave reviews but they deserved one. I highly recommend this place.

Made an appointment for an oil change and arrived to be greeted quickly and my car was done in about 30 minutes. They even programmed my old car so I would get an alert in advance of my next oil change. This crew was top notch, offering advice about my car using oil and they made sure I didn’t need any other services. They also quickly took care of two walk-ins while I was there. Friendly, prompt and professional- the trifecta of great customer service!

I have been using Monro in Franklin for a couple of years now and they always do a great job. They treat me with respect and do great work on my vehicle. I have no questions if something happens to my car, who I should take it to.
I call mono and they always get me right in and help me figure out the problem. I'm also a veteran and you get veterans discounts at Monro. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I needed new tires the night before a big trip. The manager went out of his way and went to another location and got me tires and then stayed late to put them on. The guys were great and very helpful. I will come back again.

The guys here have always been great. Wether it's a last minute tire plug on a Saturday or a headlight bulb on the ride home, they've taken care of me.

I needed an urgent patch for a tire air leak in my work truck and am not from the area. The staff were friendly, prompt, and professional and I would recommend their services.

They were able to get me in on a Saturday no problem! My tire kept going flat and I had no one to help, of course it was a nail! They fixed it up very quick, staff are very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Give these guys a call for your car needs!!

Well as you all know I do not write allot of reviews. I am busy, as we all are, and unless the value of service surpasses the value of time, I’m not in. HOWEVER, in the case of Monro Automotive Service in Franklin it is worth that value.
I do 98% of my own work on my vehicles, however service such as alignment, or tires need specific tools that are not available to me. So I turn to a pro that can do the service for me. I am fully aware of the process involved in doing it which makes me particular about my choice of pro. Pros still fib or overcharge, some pros are not really pros at all.
These gentlemen put me at ease right away, we talked about my truck for 5 minutes BEFORE we even discussed what I was there for. After that he explained what they were gonna do and how much it was gonna cost. As he left the lobby to go in garage he said “if you get bored there’s a sheets and a eat and go”, this was a very nice touch. Totally sincere, just being nice and thoughtful.
The work didn’t take long. We talked a bit after, I’m new to PA so they were giving me inspection tips. I felt home. I felt like I’d been here all my life.
So yeah I’d recommend these guys. They get the work done, fast and right. And that’s enough, but to be surprised by some young men and their work ethic. Can’t put value to stuff like that!

Very good and quick service. Got an appointment right away to have my truck inspected due to it being out of inspection and very curtious and friendly staff. Helped me print all of my documents needed for inspection also!

This is the best repair place to go in all of Franklin. I come here frequently for service on my work cars. Justin always takes good care of me and gets me in quick. Shaun is a great mechanic and always gets my work done in a timely manner. This place has turned around so much since Justin was installed as the new manager.
