Markle Mower

When my 20 year old Honda mower started slowing down, Pete helped me get all of the parts that I needed to rebuild the transmission and drive system. He was super knowledgeable and recommended everything that I needed to do the job right. It was all in stock! Took the time to help me diagnose problems based on failed parts that I showed him. Now my mower runs like new! Super helpful and friendly. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

I had an issue that I couldn't figure out on a newly serviced mower (from another place). I called that place, and they refused to help me over the phone, and told me to bring it back in.....after KEEPING IT FOR 2 WEEKS!!! I said no thanks, and hung up.
It was important that I got the mowing job done, so I searched for a lawn mowing repair place, hoping someone could help me. Wellllll....Markle Mower SURE DID....OVER THE PHONE...on a mower they have never serviced!!!! The guy was friendly and quick to figure it out. It turns out it was something simple, but he saved me!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE their help, and will be forwarding their information to the people I mowed for. THANK YOU!!!!! Customer service at it's best!!!

I went here looking for a few things that other nearby shops didn't have. The man had all the parts. Also, they were having trouble with the credit card machine so it was cash only at the time. I told him what I needed and by the time I came back he had everything there waiting for me. Excellent service! I'll be coming back for my Honda mower parts.

Had both speed, and blade clutch controls fail on my mower today. Called Markle, and they said to bring it over, and it should take about a week to get to be seen. It's the end of the season, so mowers are breaking down all over. I felt that was fair, so I went over. I saw Doug, who came out to help me take the mower out of my car. He looked at it, and asked of I had a few minutes. I said SURE. So Doug ran inside, brought out a few tools, He spots a problem with the cables, puts additional ties on them, and in 20 minutes or so, fixes the problems. No need to wait at all. I paid a very fair price, came home, and finished my lawn.

Can't understand the low ratings here for Markle Mower. I have been using this shop for years. They not only sell great products, but I have found over the years they are always more than willing to help me out when I am trying to troubleshoot my own equipment at home. Strongly recommend Markle.

Great prices for their lawn mowers. Got a Honda self propelled lawn mower for $399.95 already assembled. Sales clerk gave details on the operations of the mower I was very confident with the use of mower because of thos. They also service what they sell, and they sell other great Honda products and parts.
I recomend Markle's highly.

Excellent service. Recently replaced a cable on a Honda that others told me would be weeks to find the part Also replaced a wheel that wasn’t quite right, while they had the mower. Mower back in a week. Always pleasant and helpful.

The guy at the front spent about an hour helping to troubleshoot why my engine was abruptly shutting off. Even tested a solenoid for me. Bought a 3 dollar key and walked away with alot of insight on small motors. I was impressed. You just don't get that kind of service any longer.

Very satisfied with the service and expertise. Doug at counter took time to look at my mower and fix my problem before I left. Great job
