Carole (the manager)- She’s friendly, capable, and fantastic with customer service. And, I’ve never had to wait in line for more than a minute or two. The staff is knowledgeable and mindful of their customers.

My first time in the Lewisburg store will certainly not be me last. I appreciated them being open when others weren't. I was greeted by a happy young woman who wasted no time in assisting me and answering all my questions with patience. This was a fantastic experience.

The location is convenient and safe. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Great location for any UPS shipping related needs, but they also offer printing, shredding, passport photos, and limited notary needs.

They are very patient with individual's attempting to incorrectly process their Amazon returns for the first time (much more patient than I would be in their shoes).

I would like to see them offer a fast line or secure drop off location for prepaid UPS labels. Additionally, it would be great if they improved their notary services for title & tags, even if only on certain days of the week.

UPDATED October 2023: The store has added a self-scan and drop off table/bin for prepaid labels. Fantastic addition to the location.

Extremely helpful. I love that they got a machine that does the Amazon returns. It's quick and easy to use.

Carole provides the absolute best customer service capable by any human. She is so kind and understanding and her tone of voice is so gentle. She is always willing to help get my packages delivered safely. Her print designs are also so perfect 10/10 would recommend

My experience at The UPS Store in Lewisburg, PA, is always outstanding!

The team at this location is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly; even when busy, they are efficient and maintain a positive attitude to provide the best customer service.

I primarily use this store to print high-quality business materials, from business cards to promotional flyers, signs, and event swag. In today's connected world, I could get these things done online, but when I work with the team at The UPS Store in Lewisburg, I am confident they will go above and beyond. I can focus on everything else I need to do, knowing that I will get quality products on time with no hassle.

I went to return several items to Amazon. I was quickly engaged with an employee Hayden. She was very polite & super helpful! She made the process so easy! All the staff were polite & helpful.

I've had a great experience working with Gyanna and Deb at this location. They do quality work and are very fast. I'll be using them for all of my future printing needs!

I was in a tough spot. I needed things removed from my brothers apartment and in Lewisburg, PA and I live in Tennessee. I saw on the website UPS packs and ships. I reached out to this store and they couldn't been more helpful. Gyanna and Adrain went over and beyond in helping me. They didn't hesitate to help. They did it so efficiently and professionally. I had never been there before, walked in with a newborn and 3 packages to return to Amazon, the lady who assisted me was very kind and helpful.

I had a last minute request to print some documents for my husband who was visiting from out of town. They got the job done SO QUICKLY and extremely high quality. The customer service was extraordinary - so much so that I just had to leave them a review!
