AT&T Store

The Manager Bill was great! He was extremely nice and didn’t mind taking his time to answer all my questions. He made purchasing and setting up a new phone a good experience.

Eric was phenomenal, helped resolve all of my issues in a timely manner, and was very pleasant to buy from, as well as ask questions. Mike helped answer some questions while Eric was busy getting me set up. The whole crew there was a treat to deal with. Will definitely be using this store for all of my dealings with AT&T.

The man there was really nice and straightforward with options and pricing, made it very easy and simple! Also got a good deal on my phone

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our previous phone carrier was being difficult and the staff worked together to get my phone switched and updated. Letting us leave with unresolved issues we not an option for them. I truly appreciate that level of dedication in customer service and wish more places were at this level.

This store gave me much better service than I was able to get at the A. T and T store on Routh 30 by Walmart. Or in murraysville.

Bill did a great job, understanding what I was looking for and giving me good recommendations. And when he suggested a phone that I upgrade to, he actually had one of them in the store for me to purchase.
Everyplace place else was gonna happen to order one for me. When I went in to purchase the phone, He took the time to help get it all set up and made the purchase very easy.

Walked in told James what I wanted and we got right to it I got my upgrade and had the new phone set up and was in and out of the store within 30 min absolutely amazing work thanks James you need a promotion

Mike at the Westmoreland mall store was fantastic. He made switching over so effortless. Talked to me like a person and made me feel completely at ease. I would recommend this store for anyone thinking of switching to att or just need some advice on their plan.

Jett was very knowledgable and helpful with the purchase of my new iPhone 14. He answered in depth my numerous questions about the transfer of data from my old iPhone 11. He was High level tech with the right personality for this position.

Michael provided service for my family and I. Though the process is long with transferring lines and getting set up, he made being here in the AT&T store enjoyable. I find Mike to not only be an excellent sales person but knowledgeable. I recommend for you to not only come to AT&T but to ask for Micheal to serve you. You will be happy as we were.

So came into the store to switch carriers...after jumping through hoops at my old carrier Mike stayed over an hour after closing to set up our new service. This is my first time with at&t and just by how I was treated today I can tell you it will be a good experience. Highly recommended.

Mike R helped change over from T-Mobile to AT&T with no problems! He was very patient and answered any questions my boyfriend and I had. While we were waiting for everything to transfer, we shared pictures and stories of our dogs.

AT&T at Westmoreland mall is the best…. Mike handled all my issues and got everything handled without any problems or hiccups. New management was definitely a good change for this branch
