Pizzaz Italian Restaurant

This sort of place is hard to give a review for the same reason it would be hard to review cheers. This is very much a local institution that serves as more than a restaurant to many of its customers. Excellent food, great prices, snd the service is exactly what it is suppos we d to be. Great job.

First time there, food was really good, server was very polite and good, prices reasonable. We will go back.

We had a take out lunch today so I can't rate the atmosphere but the food was beyond amazing. The Mediterranean pizza and Spinach salad with warm bacon dressing are the best that I have tasted. The staff was very friendly when we called to place the order and thank us at pick up of the food.

First time to eat here. What a nice atmosphere. We were out with our neighbors for our annual Christmas dinner & drive through some Christmas lights. We all agreed the Wedding Soup was delicious and so was the Lasagna. I’ll have to order garlic bread next time. It looked like it was cooked perfectly. Loaded baked potato was good but I was so full after a bowl of soup I couldn’t finish it.

Plenty of seating, barely a wait time. Atmosphere is restaurant & bar - dim lighting, etc. The food is wonderful. We had bruschetta, an extra large pizza, and an Italian hoagie. The service was quick and the waitress checked back several times, refilling our drinks, etc. Prices are comparable to other restaurants & bars.

You mUst try this restaurant! Very tasty Italian food, and plenty of American choices, Pizza, great choices! If you're looking for a Friday fish fry, get theirs! Way better than the churches and less costly!

Pizzaz donated a tray of baked ziti to the orchid society last weekend and it was a big hit! Staff members who greeted me were friendly (even helped me get it to the car) and the food was delicious.

This was my first time here. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. I will go back

Everything is delicious here. My favorites are the pizza and wedding soup! Service is wonderful, restaurant is clean, cozy atmosphere.

Great family or casual place. Burgers are great, serving sizes are generous. Just like where Mom and Dad used to take you!

This place is hands down the best Italian food in the area. I have lived here my whole life and don't remember ever stopping there. We had pizza which was so yummy. The munchie platter which was perfect! They have the best wedding soup!! Cheesecake was yummy.

We just celebrated our mom's 85th Birthday at Pizzaz Italian Restaurant. It was a surprise birthday party for her. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly.

Great food. Their red sauce is excellent (very picky Italian here). We got the stuffed peppers (phenomenal), wedding soup (tasted like my mom's) and I got the pasta fra diava (pictured). SO GOOD. It was basically like a stuffed banana pepper exploded on a bed of fettuccine. Will return, good service.

I surprised my wife by waiting outside her work and taking her here for a unexpected date. We were seated right away and our server was a charming young lady. She was prompt and attentive. I decided to try the Lasagna is had a thick rich sauce with plenty of cheese and I believe homemade noodles. I throughly enjoyed it. My wife had the Alfredo that she absolutely loved. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu especially the pizza that looked delicious. You really need to give this local business a try, forget the corporate chains support a member of the community.

We recently moved to Washington, PA and we were like crazy trying to find the “perfect” pizza. One day searching in google we found this restaurant and we decided to try. It was AMAZING! Every single day we go there is always the same. The excellent service and food. We love this place. Is kind of our secret not so secret place.

Best place in the South Hills to eat, Ever have Clam Chowder in Maine? Save the trip have it at Pizzaz. Pizza is excellent also, it will put a little pazaz in your step when you leave. I’m hungry, let’s go.

Tried for the first time today - awesome pizza! The crust has an amazing, light and slightly crispy texture and the toppings are pretty generous, maybe even a little too much on the pepperoni. Sauce was good, pretty standard / neutral and not sweet like Fiori's. Fairly reasonably priced as well, came out to about $37 for two Large pizzas, one with pepperoni and olives, the other with half mushroom half sausage. Seriously might be the best pizza crust I've ever had. Hoping it's was good cold tomorrow as it was tonight. Definitely coming back!
