Scott was delayed but was within the window he promised to be here. He was very methodical in his evaluation and sighted all my options. He was very pleasant and helpful in making suggestion in that having hot water baseboard heat can be difficult in providing AC. Deets was the only company of 3 I called that made an appointment. I’ve never heard back from the other seven after calling them 3 time each! Thank you Deets!!!

Bo and Isaias did a great job removing old furnace and setting up the new one. Darrin came and set the gas pressure, started the furnace and was very informative about what he was doing and how to best use the new unit. Everyone at Deet was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

Pat arrived promptly-within an hour of placing the service call. He was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. He went out of his way to obtain the needed part, then returned 2 hours later to complete the installation and restore my furnace to fully operational. Great experience!!! Many thanks!

Deets provide services very quickly after I emailed my request about 1/2 hour. Pat identified the problem and got the part and replaced it with efficiency. He also cleaned all the other hoses and checked other possible issues. Also very clean in his work. Thanks for such good service

Deets was able to send a technician out same day to take a look at our furnace. Our technician, Brian, was quick, efficient, and kind. Explained what he was doing and what repairs were needed. We are very impressed with Deets service!

Pat was immediately available and came right out. He was extremely professional and informative. He had our greenhouse heater diagnosed and running within minutes but stayed to monitor it through cycles to be sure everything was running as it should. Called Deets to inspect my Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems prior to the summer season. Mike the technician was prompt and efficiently went through the procedure.
He was respectful of our house by taking off his shoes and fully explaining the steps he was taking to test our systems

They came out within 24 hours of my initial call and our technician fixed the issue during the first visit. They did a great job.

The guys shows up when they said they would. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and did a 5 star job. Cleanup was great. Even cleaned the exhaust pipe. Will use again and refer to friends and family.

Our water heater broke late Friday night leaving our carpeted basement soaking wet. After seeing the owner of Deets at my restaurant Saturday morning, I asked if there was any possibility of scheduling someone for Monday. 1 phone call and a matter of minutes later, Austin returned saying a technician and himself would be at my house in 2 hrs to replace it….on a Saturday! He assured me it was not an inconvenience and that it was the right thing to do. Sure enough they were there and worked tirelessly until it was perfect. They were knowledgeable and fabulous to work with. In fact, we asked to book them for 3 more jobs (maybe more in our near future) right then and there! We cannot recommend Deets Mechanical enough. They are definitely community centered, show up when they promise, do a fast and great job and pleasant! What more could you ask for? Thank you Austin and Deets for replacing our tank and saving this fellow business owners sanity!

I'm not big on writing reviews. We moved to Franklin from Texas just a few weeks ago and unfortunately we purchased a house with many issues. I asked around and everyone I talked to told me, "they had a guy", but whenever I have hired "I have a guy" it has never been a good experience. My brother told me to call Deet's, he has used them for his business several times over the years with great results.

I couldn't be more pleased. Deet's is a very well managed company with happy employee's. Every service person that has been here doing electrical, plumber, heat and air, etc. has been a smiling professional that has been respectful of my home, and has gotten their tasks done in a timely manner. Unbelievably everything they have done actually works without complaint. I have not had to call them to return to fix things they have done.

I won't be calling "I have a guy" ever again. I would give Deet's 10 stars if Google had them to give.
