Like Ralph's Pretty Good Grocery in Lake Wobegone, if they don't have it, you can probably do without it. Building supplies better quality than the big-box store at competitive prices. Many of the folks have spent their entire careers there, so they are invested in customer satisfaction.

I initially thought Arnot Building supply was mainly for contractors & heard it could be expensive. After several frustrating conversations with both of the big box store kitchen design depts, I decided to try Arnot. So happy that I did! Excellent customer service! Every question answered every time, whether by phone, text, or stop in. No robo operator transferring me to the wrong dept, putting me on hold, etc.. . The kitchen design quote from Arnot,which included more cabinets & more add ons was still less than both Lowes & HD quotes(same cabinet manufacturer & style). Arnot held my cabinets until my contractor was ready for them. A warped cabinet door was replaced immediately, no questions asked. Neither of those practices are available when purchasing through the big box stores. I regret having spent hrs & travel time to the other stores. I can not say enough good things about my whole experience with Arnot Building Supply & their staff.
