I went through the drive through and meet Kye at the pay window. I’ve been having a bad week and he put a smile on my face. What a lovely goofy kid! He genuinely made my day better! And my coffe is bussin! 😊😊

The new renovations are really beautiful and order processing time seems to have sped up. My favorite is still that original chicken sandwich. Gets me every time! 😂

Love the environment kye was very helpful and is very hard working. He even helped me make a crown.

Arrived here right at opening time, 6am, and was welcomed right inside. They had no problem whipping up my order even with it being as early as it was. Great service.

Went through the drive through and had a great experience! The boy named Bishop was very kind while taking my order and while getting my food a guy named Xavier was super nice and was happy to work with me! There was also a girl working very hard and gave me sauces with a smile! 10/10 will be coming back!!!

They've had quite a long line in the drive- thru the last few times I've went. Typically seem pretty busy, but they always get my order 100% correct!! That's impressive to me simply because of how much business they're doing. My food is always warm/fresh and tastes great!! 😊

I've been a fan of BK for nearly 50 years. Unfortunately I have been disappointed with BK restaurants on road trips in more recent years... that was until I tried this Franklin, PA BK. Every single thing I have ordered here for a year or so has been fresh and cooked perfectly. The eating areas are clean and neat. The staff is courteous and capable, all of this credited to all their dedicated personnel and no doubt, management. I'm so glad to be returning to Burger King once a week where I won't be disappointed.

We came through drive through, didn't catch the ladies working windows names but they were very friendly and speedy! The first girl was shorter and had a low blonde pony tail, and the other girl in second window was shorter and had black curly hair. There had been a sandwich missing and when we left we came back and a man named William came and brought it put to us. Everyone was very polite and fast with our order. Thank you guys so much!

The food is never fresh. I ask for fresh food off of the broiler and out of the fryer and I get attitude from the employees in the back who prepare the food. Like I can't see your reactions from where I stand. I don't care if you have fries made, I want fresh hot fries not the ones that have been sitting there for who knows how long. The main reason I go there is for the brewed unsweetened iced tea. Well the last several times I have gone, anywhere from afternoon into the evening, that option has not been available. The place is a mess and no one seems to care about what there job and what they were hired to do. I'm just waiting for McDonalds to open back up. It's going to be a while before I go back to Burger King.

The food was delicious for my son. The sign has a hole in it but the parking lot is well kept. The staff was delightful but the chocolate shake was never mixed properly.

Love the impossible whopper. However what if they made the impossible whopper just like the rodeo burger with a1 sauce and call it the impossible rodeo? Lol. I had one made like it and it was amazing. Nice to stop here for ice cream and a soda. Or sandwhiches. I wish it was closer to oil city, I just don't like McDonald's....😅

Burger King in Franklin, Pennsylvania. Nice clean Restaurant. With good food. Really busy during lunch time. Restrooms are fairly clean. Nice employees that Take your orders and great staff that cooks your food. Good tasting Whoppers!

Went to the drive thru later in the evening and it did take a little longer but it wasn't anything too crazy! The food was good and the girl at the window was very friendly and kind.

Even though they are short handed, I got my food very quickly. Super nice people

My order tuesday this week was old and cold, BUT they had me come back and they replaced order. Food was 👌 and I have more trust in their location to serve fresh hot food.

I go here all the time and have never had any issues. Quick and courteous and it's rare for your orders to come out wrong.
