Cute, quant spot off the highway. Tough to pull into but plenty selection of chocolates and gummies. Nothing fancy but a well run mom and Pop shop with fun flavors of gummies and hard candies (with some new things like popped peanut butter m&M's called cosmic spaceballz) as well as a great selection of chocolates.

We love Gene and Boots. It's a regular stop. Wonderful homemade chocolate, old-fashioned penny candies, elegant gift boxes. Worth a visit.

This is a perfect example of a small town gem! Some may find their prices a little high, but they're around the same as Sarah's, but I love the chocolates from here! They always have great service, and I never had a bad piece of chocolate yet! If you're on 22 going past them, I highly recommend taking a little stop !

I would like to commend Gene and Boots for their extra and thoughtful care in packaging their products from PA to Hawaii. I was so amazed by their packaging (extra insulated to make that delivery from PA. to HI. 5 days), as I unwrapped it I took photos (I wish can share the amount of care taken, so awesome). The deluxe chocolate box, the solid chocolate unicorns and their famous gummie bears were so fresh just as if I went to the shop itself. I highly recommend you expose yourself to these wonderful Chocolate treasures. My husband is from Charleroi, Pa. After having these treats, his glow and smile gave him a happy memory of home. Thank you Gene and Boots for making that happen.

A cute little candy shop! Kids were super excited seeing all the fun candies. We grabbed something for everyone to enjoy. Their chocolate was nice and smooth, definitely better than store bought chocolate!

This place is wonderful! They have a wide variety of treats and always have seasonal gifts and stuffed animals. My kids love the different types of candy and I always feel so nostalgic about all of the candies they carry that I loved as a kid! The staff are always so nice too.

One of my favorite places to stop for chocolate. Everything from chocolate bars to chocolate truffles. Also have other varieties of candy. Worth the visit!

I have driven by Gene & boots countless times over the years and finally decided to stop on 8-5-18. You would not believe the fudge and candy selection they have. I bought a pound of peanut butter fudge and a pound of chocolate fudge. Both were very good. The service was great. I can't wait to try some of the other many chocolate delights.

As a child in the 60's my parents always had Gene & Boots candy for holidays and special events and I continue to purchase their candy . They have the most delicious chocolates I have ever had ! Gene & Boots candy is a time cherish tradition in my family . If you haven't had their chocolates , you need to treat yourself to a box of Gene & Boots chocolates , I guarantee you'll love it !

The people are nice and helpful and a selection of chocolate you don't see much. Good place to find chocolate for a gift.

My truck is currently broke down in their parking lot and that little lady is so sweet to me LOL pun intended. They do have some of the best chocolate around.

Have driven past this place for years and never stopped. Tried it today and the selection was good. Chocolate was top notch.
