Really nice showroom, got every Trek bike from beginner to experienced riders plus other accessories. Excellent sales & service, knowledgeable and aren't trying to push you out the door after the sale. Daniel follows up a couple weeks later to make sure your 100% satisfied. Great group of professionals, would definitely recommend.

What a great bike shop! All of the folks here are super friendly and very personable. Even though they must have tons of customers, they always remember me when I come in. I recently purchased a new bike from them, and they did an excellent job finding one and getting it quickly, despite the long lead times currently in place within the bike market. Service is exceptional! All colleagues are extremely knowledgeable and great at selling the features and benefits of their products. They will continue to suggestive sell bike accessories until you say “I’m good!” Stop in while riding the trail and they will fill the air in your purchased bike tires with a smile. They truly value their customers and call them by name. I work for a major retailer and I would hire these guys in a heartbeat. Yes, they are there to sell bikes, but they also want to give the best experience and built relationships with their clients. That’s how to build a business!

This family owned bike shop is run by two brothers, Daniel & John, both of whom are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! We now drive over two hours round-trip for all our bike shop needs!

We initially came for a Kuat bike rack but were SO impressed, we wound up trading in two bikes and then buying two e-bikes! Can’t recommend them highly enough!! Super informative!

Our Giselle electric bikes were nicely given their 2-year service by Brookside. The appointment began and end on time, the options were clearly laid out, and we enjoyed the day strolling around Lewisburg, then taking in dinner and a movie. Nothing to complain about and a nice variety of e-bikes to look at. With the rails-to-trails behind the shop, it's easy to give one a spin.

Based on positive recommendations from friends in State College, I went to Brookside Bikes to search for a new ebike for road riding. Daniel was extremely helpful in finding the right bike for me. Moreover, he determined the right fit so that when I picked up the bike, I could ride it immediately. We were in the shop at the busy time in mid-Saturday three weeks in a row. The staff stayed alert to all the customers in the shop. I highly recommend Brookside Bikes. They are professional and highly knowledgeable.

I purchased a new Trek Domane from Brookside, and I couldn’t be happier. I originally went in to look at shoes, and I left with a plan for a new bike. Let’s be real, it was time for a new one anyhow. Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to help me find the bike that fits me. On the day of pick up, the rest of the crew at Brookside helped me finish the set up for my bike and I was on my way. I will definitely be returning to Brookside for “shoe” purchases in the future!

So it was that time! Time to look for my third Trek mountain bike. Unfortunately my local dealer no longer carried Trek bikes so I did a search of my nearest dealer. Brookside Bikes came up on my search. At first I was discouraged as they were almost an hour from my home but my love for Trek sent me on my journey to their shop. Long story short, well worth the trip. Not only because I bought my dream bike (Trek fuel EX 9.8 GX), but the service I got from this shop was also a dream. The bike speaks for itself, but the service was well worth the drive. It was so exceptional, I will continue to make the trip to have my bike serviced in all ways. Daniel was my sales guy, but everyone I spoke to there was also on a high level of service. As someone who also has been in customer service for the past 25 years, these guys have little to learn.....GREAT SHOP! The guys at Brookside bikes offer great service and quick turnaround. They always get me squared away for small issues such as cable replacements or adjustments on the same day. For major service I give them a call in advance and usually have my bike back 2-3 days later. Best shop around

Went to this shop looking to purchase a new mountain bike and before I even went into the store, I noticed a used (2020 Trek Roscoe 7) bike out front that hit all the bases on what I was looking for. The sales staff (Timmy) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went over the entire bike with me and was not pushy at all. After a test ride around the local neighborhood, they outfitted the bike with all the accessories that I was looking for while I waited. Overall, it was a great, hassle-free experience and I will gladly purchase my next bike from them. I came out of the store with exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Brookside Bikes!

Purchased a Dual Sport 4 from Daniel he was very knowledgeable about his product and friendly, he helped me pick out the correct bike and accessories that I needed. Very nice store and the staff were very helpful, all my questions were answered. All an all a great experience and will return for future bike needs. I would highly recommend this location for your next bike or accessories purchase.

I drove 100 miles to visit Brookside Bikes shop. The bike shop was spacious and organized. Lots of bike accessories as well. I had the opportunity to ride different models of trek road bikes, before choosing the right fit for me. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the bikes and accessories and spent a lot of time with me. I had a shifting issue once I returned home and started riding. We were in touch over the next few weeks over the shifting issue. Rather than me drives 200 miles back and forth to Brookside to get the bike adjusted, Daniel contacted my local shop and took care of getting my bike adjusted. Now that’s customer service.

Excellent service at this local bike shop. Daniel is professional and knowledgeable, and the shop has a wide selection of bikes and accessories.

I went in to test ride a couple of different bikes and they were both in stock. Got my trade evaluated while doing so. Daryl helped me out by answering any questions I had and by making sure the bikes I was test riding were setup properly including suspension pressure and seat positioning. Came back in a few days and picked up my new bike!

They also have a great selection of accessories and parts in stock. I'll definitely be back!

Edit: I've now been back for parts and service a couple of times and Brookside has still been excellent! They did some work on my rear pivot and warrantied the parts so I didn't need to pay for the repair. Got my bike back the day after dropping it off!
