Very professional and the kindest people you'll ever meet! The guys took the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. They even took the time to answer questions about my furance and hot water tank and showed me how to adjust the temperature, even though they were there to replace my kitchen faucet and pipes under the sink. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

On our way home, we received a call that our hot water tank had burst and had dumped 5” of water throughout our 5 room basement(1was finished). Within minutes they were on site installing in another water tank and repairing the line. Thank you for coming to our rescue with such speed and remarkable work!

I am very happy for their services, quick response time, very professional, explained everything to me. Showed me the bad parts and explained what happened to them. I now have a warm house again. Would highly recommend them.

Realized we didnt have water at about 1:00 after about an hour of calling around called Hatch and they were at my house within 20 minutes. After some issues (none being their fault) we have water. It was fixed within 2 hours. Super impressed! Will definitely be my go to plumber!

I have used Hatch Plumbing & Heating two times in the last few months and they exceeded my expectations. On both occasions, they responded promptly and provided professional work. The work was done on two separate boiler systems at our church and parsonage. These boilers were older systems that they did not install but we’re willing to service them. They provided exceptional service and I would highly recommend them.

Update 10/21/2022 Hatch Plumbing and Heating serviced the boiler at our church. It is an older boiler but they quickly diagnosed and replaced the pilot/thermocouple and had us up and running. I am always impressed with their knowledge and expertise.

I called Hatch for my first ever time needing a service in my home when my heater began blowing only cold air in the middle of winter. My call was promptly returned by a technician. Three kind, professional gentlemen arrived quickly and fixed my heating issue in no time. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I did not at all feel taken advantage of, only necessary services were performed and charged for. I would recommend Hatch 100% and will most certainly be calling them for any future needs.

My waterpipe broke, and started flooding my kitchen. I got the water shut off. Then, I called them. They arrived within 30 minutes. Got it fixed quickly. They are very reasonably priced. I THEY'RE helped me with some questions I had about my softener. I can't thank them enough.

Called yesterday to report a failing pressure relief valve off of the main line to my home. John and Mike arrived at 9am this morning and had the valve replaced by 9:30! I had another issue with my bathroom sink not draining well. The guys fixed that as well in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend Hatch Plumbing to anyone. Guys know their stuff, and are very courteous! Thank you!

The best. Had to use them twice. Came out quickly solved the problem, reasonably priced. What more could you want? Also I've recommended them to a bunch of people and they have had great experiences also.

Arriving at the end of March, we had to wait til Monday to get gas turned on. Unfortunately, the furnace wouldn't come on. I called Hatch Plumbing & Heating and explained the problem. The young lady who answered the phone was sympathetic and said someone would be out. Within an hour, they were knocking on the door. Within 15 minutes, blessed heat was coming from the vents! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your speedy arrival and quick repair job. This couple from Arizona are now fans of Hatch Plumbing and Heating!

I have used Hatch for years and again today. I am always amazed at their dependability and skill. They go the extra effort to solve problems. Could not be happier with their work everytime.

Great guys they explain everything to you and I would be using them for every service I can, they come out really fast same day actually less than 30 minutes from when I called, prices are reasonable great company

Called with plumbing issues related to outdoor wood stove and hot water tank in the middle of the winter. I called at 7:00 AM and they were there by 8:30 AM. I had to leave a message on the answering machine but he called me back before they even opened and put us at the top of the list due to no heat. They have also fixed the kitchen sink on more than one occasion as well and were done with very little mess and had all the parts needed to fix whatever was needing attention. Couldn't ask for a better business!

I called them at 8am and told them of my problem I’m having with my furnace. It’s now 2pm and I’m up and running!!!! They took a part off and took it to their shop to repair...brought back new part, reinstalled I would recommend hatch to anyone. Fast friendly service!!!! Thank you!!

Out of the three local plumbing services this is the only company to call me back when I had a major water issue.
Responded in a timely manor and fixed the problem quickly.
