My experience was absolutely amazing. The cake turned out beautiful and tasted so,so good. I did everything by email and I couldn't ask for more kindness and excellent customer service. I will definitely return and I will definitely recommend to others.

The Taylor Swift cake they made for my daughter's birthday party was delicious, and my daughter loved it.

This was my first time stepping into a Prantl's. The one I went into was located in Greensburgh, approximately half an hour away from Downtown Pittsburgh. The location itself was in a small building surrounded in a suburban area, so it'll be a bit tricky to locate if you're not familiar with the area.

Nevertheless, I walked in and was welcomed by one of the employees behind the counter. The inside is small and their desserts are on the pricier side depending on what you're getting, but the quality of their sweets makes up for it.

One of the desserts that was recommended to me was the Burnt Almond Torte. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend it. (No, the torte itself is not burnt, in case you're wondering.) Other products that I got, which I would also recommend, would be their Pepperoni Bread and their Peanut Butter cupcakes. They have a wider variety in selections, including cakes for certain occasions.

The only thing I regret was that I didn't take enough photos. Next time I go, I will support.

The absolute best pumpkin roll. We eat pumpkin roll ever fall. This one is s o good.

Great bakery with a friendly staff. They have all sorts of pastries and cakes, as well as some more savory items like quiches and breads. I'm definitely glad this place is a walkable distance away.

If you have some walnut, I don't know what they're called. But it has that walnut paste with some kind of dough around it. I don't know, but if you see this. Tell me, what's the name of it? I absolutely love them.... Or if you make the walnut rolls, let me know if and when. I will come over and buy it asap other than that the doughnuts are amazingggggggg

A Pittsburgh staple for a reason! The almond torte may get you in the door but your taste buds will bring you back. With so many delicious choices the worst part will be deciding what to order.

Everything here is pretty much perfect. None of the normal overrated stuff that looks nice and tastes bad or bland like most bakeries. Everything they have here is delicious and looks the part.

One of the best cakes I've had for awhile. The Chocolate Almond Torte was too die for. everyone enjoyed it and the macaron was delicious. I wish there was more macarons as it looks on the website you get a pack but you only pay for individual ones apparently. Everyone loved the red velvet cake as well. I spent over $70 and I would spend it all for one slice of that almond torte again. They also have muffins and cookies but tbh the cake is better than the cookie and the chocolate muffins are good as well.

I shop the Greensburg location of Prantls. The service is first notch as is everything they sell! I especially love their Thumbprint cookies, nut and apricot rolls (best I've ever had), and their expertly decorated cut out cookies!

Prantl's Greensburg did my wedding cake and I cannot describe how happy I was with it. It was exactly what I hoped and dreamed for! Everyone loved the burnt almond torte and working with the bakery was such a lovely experience. Get your wedding cake here!!!

Stopped in to pick up something to take to a friend in the hospital. Delicious as always.

Impeccably clean, well organized store. We did some wedding cake testing, she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We purchased some pastries, and they were delicious. Overall great experience.

How did I miss this wonderful little bakery before?! We stopped after our anniversary dinner for some desserts and I got a chocolate almond mini cake. So moist and flavorful! Wish we had gotten some of the marble cake slices they had. But we will definitely be returning!

It is over priced..but the bakery is excellent! If you want to impress..buy a few things from this bakery! The toasted almond tort is awesome..So many good things..I lkebthe mini bites..3 $ a piece..but very good!

They make the most amazing cinnamon raisin bread. and all their sweets are wonderful.

I ordered a birthday cake for our daughter-in-law for her birthday. White cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. She said it was phenomenal. We live in South Carolina so my search was all done online and looking at reviews. Thanks for making her birthday great!

Absolutely delicious desserts! Love the white cake with white icing -- fantastic icing. Never had anything I didn't love! Toni helped me on my most recent trip and she was was wonderful- friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations.
