Four Star Pizza

Yesterday I ordered a club sub add a medium extra cheese pizza it was absolutely amazing the first time in a long time I got a pizza that was hot it was just the way I asked for it and the subs are always on point I couldn't say that I haven't had a bad experience there but most of my experiences with this store and Oil City have been almost perfect keep up the good work

Pizza and subs are great... IF you can get them the way you ORDERED.. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! Don't even bother calling in to complain if they got it WRONG AGAIN. The manager is the WORST EVER! He told me "oh well"!
I told him I was reporting him.
The fact that he still has a job there only shows how little they care about my money. I order from Pizza Hut now. Great staff and great service for a great price! Bye bye Poor Star!

—-EDIT—- so for the past few months, the wife and I have decided to give this establishment another try. I am always for upgrading and updating my reviews. Four-star has really turned itself around since the last time I posted my review. Prior to this edit we’ve had so much trouble with four-star that I gave up on them all together.
The place was being ran poorly, by a manager who could care less about the customers. I am happy to report that this has all changed! I have made well over 20 different orders testing each one to see how they do. There has been a few mistakes, but nothing serious.
The staff are all very friendly, And professional.
I have not had to interact with a manager at all. If my order was incorrect, or a mistake was made, it has been corrected every time without question.
All I can say is keep up the great work Four-star!

If I had one complaint that the general manager would take note of... It would be too please use fresh lettuce every day with every order.
You can tell when lettuce has been sitting in the cooler overnight, it ruins the order. I have to scrape the lettuce off into the garbage just to enjoy my meal. Other than that you’re doing a great job at running this place please keep up the great work!

My family really likes the pizza and strombolis from four star. We do delivery and when it gets here they are hot everytime.

We got a small pizza and half a sub. Pizza was bigger than what we thought which was nice. My sub was warm and I wanted a cold sub, I went in and the sweet gentleman behind the counter fixed it. He was very kind! Will be coming here again next time we're in town!

We stopped at the Oil City store on our way home and ordered pizza and salad. It was ready in 15 minutes. The pizza was very good and the grilled chicken salad was delicious. I will definitely have that again. Also, the girl who waited on me was very friendly and helpful.

Not a fan of the pizza, but everything else I've had has been awesome. Especially love their Italian subs. Friendly staff.

4 Star Pizza is more like 5 Star lol. I got the 12 inch Turkey sub and it was great. A little heavy on Italian dressing but some people may have wanted more so it's just a personal preference. Some slices of pizza ready to go like some pizzerias do would have been nice but it's better fresh.

Hard workers literally hand tossed the dough is so good and so fluffy I love it. The pizza is the best and they make it to your house literally less than 45 minutes they may say 45 minutes but no it’s like 20 min lol the wings are to die for and the subs mmmmm yes try it you won’t ever regret I promise

The subs are and have always been AMAZING!! The pizza is great! I've had it the 1st time in years and it's so so so GOOD! Crisp crust delicious toppings... almsot as good as their subs!

Very good food and everyone there is always so happy and polite if there is ever an issue they fix the problem a well run place 2 thumbs up

I personally love their food. It can be a hit and miss lately because of covid. But the manager is one of the nicest people I know.

Great food, fast service. It's a weekly ritual in my family to have four star pizza atleaat one night a week or so. Love love their food!
