I’ve been a State Farm customer for over 50 years. I hear there are cheaper companies out there but the difference is service. When I call Dan Riccis office I’m treated exactly how I would expect to be treated. Like a long time loyal customer. They always address me by my first name. Their follow up is excellent. I gotta believe that State Farm pays claims faster than any other company. I moved 3 hours away but I chose to stay with Dan Riccis office because of their excellent customer service and how I am treated personally.

Very helpful and friendly! Was waiting for answers from the claims department and Dan Ricci's office got the job done immediately. Showed concern for my situation and were more than willing to help. Simply put, they were awesome!

We are brand new to the agency. The Ukrainian family we are hosting after they fled the war needed insurance for a used car. Every time we thought we might have found a car it was sold before we got there. Cathy and Robin were always flexible and helpful. When we finally did purchase the vehicle they were ready and cooperative, and provided the documentation needed to get it registered.
