Recently went through the chore of checking on coverage and prices for a few different types of insurance with several different companies and in the process came across State Farm and Tim Carpenter. Glad I did. Found experience to be very comfortable, pleasant and thorough. Very happy with every aspect of the process and feel very comfortable with our decision to switch our insurances to Tim Carpenter and State Farm.

Have used Tim and his agency for a number of years. Always great service from him and his team. State Farm rates have become less competitive in my opinion but in terms of service they are one of the best agents to work with.

This guy is completely incompetent. He overcharged my policy by nearly 200 a month. I went to his office, and talked to him, He insulted me,and told me he would get back to me after he looked at my policy, He never did. I recieved a threat to cancel my insurance due to nonpayment, when he cancelled the payment! He never got back to me until the day AFTER the policy expired, and He has kept all the money he overcharged my policy with no offer of refund. BEWARE OF this insurer.
