They removed old nasty carpet in my living room, stairs and upstairs landing and installed commercial grade vinyl. Looks like a brand new house. Rob and Sara were both nice to work with. Installers were polite, professional did a great job and Cleaned up after themselves. Very happy.

Recently had new vinyl plank flooring put in our family room and carpeting in a couple of bedrooms. Very pleased with final results and the crews that did the installations were tremendous. Done quickly but with quality. Price was also great compared to a couple other estimates we had done. Would recommend to anyone looking for new flooring.

Very happy with the two purchases that I made. I purchased carpeting for two bedrooms and the installation was timely and very well done. Additionally, they don't try to upsell you. They seem to understand that if they are upfront and honest, you'll be back again. This is the way customer service should be!

My mom and I have purchased all of our flooring here. The selection is great and they always have unique flooring that you won't see in all your neighbor's homes. Our Sales Consultant Jim was very helpful and honest. He tells it to you straight and keeps you laughing your entire visit.

The people, especially Jim, were very helpful & directed me to the perfect product for our flooring. They guided me through some of the intricacies needed to prepare for it. The pricing was very competitive & had everything I needed in stock. It was a nice experience and will be going back when I get to the next phases of my projects.

My husband and I highly recommend Floor Designs. They installed both hardwood and carpeting on two separate occasions. We have had the hardwood for three years and it looks brand new. It has held up in spite of a dog, a cat, and construction workers on a different house project who were not the most careful people.
Over the course of the two purchases, we have gotten to know Peggy in the office and Sarah in the showroom. Both have been great to deal with each time. Sarah spent a lot of time with us to find just the right product and had great suggestions. She was very patient and professional.

I can’t say enough good things about Jim my sales consultant, he was very attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and I was encouraged to take floor samples home with me .. ..The prices are VERY comparable to those big box stores with 1/2 the service.. I would highly recommend
