I called to get an appointment for inspection and they got me in very quickly. Service was fast and friendly. Upon picking up my car, I had a wonderful conversation with the gal at the front desk (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name 🫤) - she explained everything and made sure I knew what my next steps were. I'll definitely be taking my car back. I appreciate the clear communication and the speed they handled everything.

Action Auto got my car in for repairs 2 days after my incident occurred which I thought was very fast. They worked to get the best prices for parts needed and had repairs completed in one day. I appreciate their service and professionalism.

Fantastic People!! Got me out of a really bad Jam with the Alternator in my Family Mini Van, and as it is my only vehicle, they even came to pick me up, and bring me to pick the van up, after it was done the very next day!! All the while staying updated with the repairs and needs!! Fast, Efficient, and Super Friendly Company!! I would refer EVERYONE to these Pros!!!

When other shops said it would take special tools and would a extensive, expensive repair. Action Auto Service got our Jeep in and did the repairs in a timely manner without breaking the bank. We highly recommend and will use them for repairs in the future.

So far, this place has been spot on. Jo is amazing. Very friendly and helpful and compassionate about my situation. Worked very hard to get me an appointment and work with my schedule and craziness that was going on. Prices are average for this day in age. Still have more work to be done and looking forward to having my vehicle back up and running and road worthy.
