Tall Pines Farm - Stoves and Fireplaces

Recently bought a quadrat fire insert from the tall pines farm folks. They were great in communication, installation was perfect and when we had a little issue they were quick to resolve it.

Love our insert and is now heating our whole house for a fraction of what we used to pay.

Highly recommend! We just purchased a new wood stove from Tall Pines and are installing it ourselves. Dave took the time to lay out all the piping with us at the shop to make sure everything was correct. Thanks Dave!

My wife and I visited the store to see about purchasing a woodstove for our new log home. The staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained how the different stoves worked and then helped us pick out the best one for our home. We think it will look great in our home, and it will provide heat for many years to come. We were also able to set up a site visit so the installers could come and see our home, and get all the measurements they need for the install. Now everything can be ordered and within a few weeks we should be up and running.

So many stoves to choose from and the employees are incredibly knowledgeable!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a stove or fireplace!

This might seem a little dramatic, but the kind people at Tall Pines Farm sort of saved my family's life!

Long story short, our old wood stove and primary source of heat crapped out and we had no where else to go as the temps started dropping into the single digits where we lived.

I called and asked this store if there was any chance they could help us out and they literally showed up two days later, installed a beautiful new wood stove, looked into the venting and chimney situation to help us figure out what may have gone wrong to begin with, and talked us through all of our questions and concerns.

Thank you so much to everyone at the store for dealing with a panicked family with such grace and care--it really meant a lot.

You and your staff have been incredible to work with. From the start of purchasing a stove, site unseen, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Whatever questions arose, my first year, Dave was there to walk me through. Last year a very highly skilled man retiring was training a newbie and showed me, as well, how the stove worked.
I had such a difficult time this year, making a call to complain about service and you graciously resent someone to do it properly.

I will tout my experience to all who will listen. There are not many businesses left who value and pride themselves on customer service. You excel at it.

Love this place! The staff are SUPER nice and helpful... right down to Cody in the warehouse. Having a pellet stove installed early Feb. Derrick was our salesman and he spent a ton of time with us, answered all our questions, and tolerated my mind changes with a smile. I'd recommend them without hesitation. Found a stove on craigslist and the salesman Dave helped me walk through my needs and ended up getting a cheaper stove that I can cook on in the wintertime. The manager gave me a great discount. The secretary scheduled me in and then called me two days later to say she could work us in even earlier to get in before the snow storm. The installers were excellent. They were friendly, fast and knew exactly how to do everything. They cleaned up their mess and visited with us a bit. That night we had a fire and all through the week we cooked on the stove: salmon, chicken and burgers. The whole house smelled delightful and we were warm, warm, warm. Thank you very much.

I have purchased both a gas stove and a gas fireplace insert from Tall Pines Farms and couldn't be happier with the experiences. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable and customer satisfaction is certainly their highest priority. I had a question with the remote on the fireplace and one of their technicians called me right back and walked me through what I needed to do to address the problem. I recommend them most highly.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable. Dave talked me through a problem that we had with the stove saving me a service call .even though we did not buy the stove at your store. Thank you . In the past we did perchance other parts that we had to replace and got the same great service. Highly recommend!

Arrived when they said they would. Excellent installation of the gas fireplace. Everything was done neatly and they were well organized. They even put a protective sheet over our carpeting so they wouldn't track anything onto the rug. They clearly explained how to operate the remote control. We would highly recommend them.

This is the best hearth store in NE Pennsylvania and the Greater Binghamton, NY area. The friendly and knowledgeable staff have combined, over 100 years experience in the hearth business. They pride themselves on making sure your choice is the best one, and there service after the sale is beyond comparison. They have over 50 burning models on display. These people are wonderful i found a stove on facebook marketplace i wanted they stayed in contact with me through the whole buying process. Gave me detailed pictures and the stove (used) was exactly what they promised. Was glad because i drove 3 hours to pick it up 😀 was worth it.

George, Nan and the gang at Tall Pines carry some of the best lines out there and they know their stuff. The showroom and the barns are extremely spacious and tidy, showing off all they offer. No dank recesses to have to crawl into; a pleasure to visit.

These guys did a great job replacing the glass in the door of my Harmon Shaker Coal Stove! This little beast is about 20 years old and only needs the glass replaced from time to time when it gets “crazed.” They did the job right (someone else did it wrong a few years ago), and the stove is operating much more efficiently, and effectively than it has since the previous (incorrect) glass change. Big thank you to them!
