Service for my car was done in a quick professional manner. This included picking up the car that would not start in my driveway. Taking it to the dealership. Installing a new battery. Doing a diagnostics evaluation. Brought my car back. Able to pay on phone. I really appreciated this service.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation in the service department. They quickly got my vehicle in and out. They even washed it for me!

Our salesperson Angel was awesome!! She answered all of the questions that we had. Brian the finance guy was very witty and kept us laughing. All of the people that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived at the dealership!!

I had a slight shimmy/vibration in my 2019 Cadillac. The service department spent around two hours to detect the problem due to the slightness of the problem. They ended up rotating and balancing the tires and fixed the problem. I had two other places work on it to no avail. I appreciate the time and effort they made to make me a happy customer. This is the third time that I have used the service department and am very pleased. The 20 plus mileage drive was worth the drive.

Service personnel were very helpful in getting me the best prices on the services I was there for. They performed the work quickly and efficiently and answered questions I had regarding brake wear and the like. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend to others.

My experience with Northpointe was excellent as this was was my first time buying a new vehicle. Nolan Smith the sales man answered all my question and took the extra time to explain the buying process to me. Nolan showed me exactly what i was looking for and did not try to push anything on me that I did not want. I will definitely be back in the future.

My Wife & I were both at the end of our lease with no idea what we wanted or needed to do . The team at Northpointe walked us through the process, helped us pick new models and got us back on the road seamlessly. From the the knowledgeable sales staff, the apt finance dept., to management they quickly answered our questions and to the hassle out of buying a new car. We got 2 new Trailblazers and will certainly go back.
