Poppin' Sweet Shop

Poppin' Sweet Shop is honestly a hidden gem in downtown Franklin!! They have such a generous selection of candies and sweets, as well as drinks!! 😊 I wouldn't be able to do the shop justice if I tried to describe the inside, everything is absolute perfection!! In one visit, it easily became my favorite place in Franklin! ❤

Amazing staff and service!

Such a cute location and candy shop. Large variety of candies that any kid would enjoy. We stopped for our first time to get some treats for our kids. The store was clean and organized. While browsing, I saw they had boba and I have enjoyed boba all over so I wanted to give it a try. I drink matcha daily, sometimes 2-3 cups. Naturally I wanted to try the matcha with tapioca pearls. The drink was $4.95, maybe equated to 6-8 oz and it only tasted like mint milk. I unfortunately didn’t enjoy it at all as it didn’t remotely taste like matcha it wasn’t what I was expecting. The price point of the drink was too expensive. Aside from the taste, the drink was extremely overpriced for the amount received. I didn’t see a size option or anything stating the drink size so while I didn’t know the size of my order, I expected much more.

In all fairness, I give the store 5 stars, the drink 1 star. I will most likely return again, but won’t be buying any drinks.

I've only been there once, nice candy, different types of candy then the normal stuff at Walmart. Boba 2/5 ( i personally like the plain tea without milk) they only had blended tea-ice kinda like a slushie, and milk tea. Good boba just not my favorite tea. If you like milk tea- boba this is the place for you.
