Was told a price over the phone. On an 4-wheeler. Drove 2 hours plus. When I arrived the price was higher. The Owner / Boss made it Right. Could not be happier . Everything worked out. After I brought the four wheeler home. Called with a question. They went above and beyond too find the answer . Can not thank them again for everything.

Awesome dealership! I came to Lake Country after buying a Polaris RZR from another dealer who had since lost my confidence. Mike, Keith, and BJ in parts and service were great. They were interested in my concerns and fully engaged in getting my machine and add-ons up to my initial expectations. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile even though I didnt purchase my SxS from there. They truly understand and deliver customer service. I recommend Lake Country to anyone who owns or is looking to own an ATV/UTV.

Great people to work with Tom Kolb is a very nice Salesman. You want a new or used atv, side-by-side, Slingshot or snowmobile he's the man to ask for. Great to deal with throughout the whole process.

I bought an RZR from lake country and decided to splurge for a high dollar stereo system.($1675 plus tax). It stopped working correctly the 3rd time we actually went for a long ride, about 3 months of owning it. After a long warranty process, Polaris replaced it but with a completely different unit that I would not have spent that much on!! This is all Polaris would do because the unit I bought was obsolete, I wonder why ?? PROBLEMS??
To say I was upset would be an understatement.
Well BJ of Lake Country Motorsports stepped up and hit a customer service home run, even though the warranty was a Polaris warranty, he returned my money for the stereo plus some for goodwill. With customer service like that, I will always go to lake country first.
