I just had my bike serviced and it looks as good as new. I'm very impressed with the attention to detail and value you get here. Thier service is better than all other shops in the area.

I need to preface this review, being my family is predominantly BMX race when it comes to bikes. This is even more niche than most things cycling short of Unicycles. Outside of the vendors in our sport, we are hard pressed to find local, easily accessible parts. Cycle Symphony has saved my derriere more than once. The new location is excellent in appearance, location, available stock, and customer service. I think I have a new favorite LBS.

We have now purchased three bikes from Cycle Symphony and will continue to return for all of our cycling needs.

The selection at the store is very good and Rob is happy to discuss the advantages of the different models without injecting any pressure into the process.

The jump in quality from the big box stores is tremendous, both in the quality of the bikes and in the craftsmanship of the technician. I'm really happy we have this shop nearby and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a bike shop.

I had them "tune up" an adult tricycle for my son who has cerebral palsy and they did a wonderful job. The tires and tubes were replaced, new gel seat, new break cables and cleaned up the chain. We are very pleased.

Friendly affordable service. I tried to make a repair on my own and got stuck. So I decided I should turn to a pro. He really took the time to explain what part I needed and why. Not only did they replace what needed done but they also made adjustments to make my bike run more smoothly. Very reasonably priced. And they have a good selection of bike stuff right in the shop as well.

A great place to take your bike for a tune up, or to buy supplies. My new water bottle holder is the coolest thing I've ever come across.

I dropped off a new bicycle still in box (purchased elsewhere) to be assembled and it was completed in less than 6 business days. I appreciate the honest and reliable service as well as fair prices. I'll definitely be back for tune-ups and other needs in the future!

Rob provided excellent service. He showed me several bikes, talked about the advantages of each and what made sense for me. Pleasant experience and honest guy. You can tell he enjoys what he does and wants you to biking as well.

Rob is a top notch guy and has a top notch shop! Small but well stocked and super service! Rob is very knowledgeable and very helpful when you are speccing out your next ride! Great prices too! I am so glad his shop is the closest one to me, but would still go even if he moved the shop somewhere else!

Review/Rate it? Sure.. Best Ever.. Rob, the owner, knows his stuff. Does a professional job at a great price. Will not over sell you, but at the same time, will let you know when he thinks you need to upgrade. Hes as well versed with the wrench as he is pedaling the local single track. Honest guy, quality service sums this place up.
I ride with a lot of guys that are the type, {its 19 degrees, its snowing and its 9pm, where are we gonna ride?} and they all go to cycle symphony. That says it all.

This bike shop is what every town needs. The owner is well versed in bike knowledge. He always seems to have every part I need to fix my bike in stock without waiting. His prices are reasonable but the service is top notch. Would recommend to anyone

Cycle symphony does great work on bikes. Rob takes the time to do things right, but with a quick turnaround and at the right price. A rarity today especially when everybody is just trying to do things for people cheaper and faster. I have a carbon Cannondale trigger and he made sure everything was installed to spec, nice upgrade on the bearings and Hope brakes! I trust Cycle Symphony to work on my finicky ride!

Cycle Symphony is an excellent example of what a local bike shop should be. The staff is friendly and helpful. If Rob doesn't have what you need in stock, he will order it and have you up and riding again in no time. I regularly suggest this shop to any of my friends or family who are looking for a good place to buy new, upgrade, or fix their bikes.

Rob repaired my old bike a couple years back. More recently he helped me tune up and accessorize my new ebike. Rob went above and beyond. We're extremely lucky to have his shop near by.
