We couldn't be happier with the service at Ritner's. Everyone there is so kind. We had our above ground pool installed in October 2023. This is our first experience with owning a pool and Buck, Cindy and the crew have been so patient with us. We have called many times with questions and they have always been very kind.

Always so kind to us. Doesn't matter if it is the owner or an employee we are treated with respect and kindness. Some things we have to order online due to being on a budget but we get 90% of our chemicals here and they are the only ones we have service our pool. Getting a new liner this year and honestly it is going to cost less than I thought for our 28,000+ gallon pool.

I stopped in their shop last week and was helped by a kind and knowledgeable member of their staff. This is our first year owning a small above-ground pool (thanks Corona!) but the lady who helped me never made me feel bad for my lack of experience. She tested the water sample I brought and talked me through what I need to do to fix our problem. Her instructions were easy to follow and were exactly what we needed. Our pool is crystal clear again and we are enjoying it so much. Very happy and thankful to have this local resource in our community.
