NEPA Community Health Care

All of my health needs are met here! Doctor, gyno, mental health, and dental (montrose & greenfield). It's easy and quick to make appointments, the staff is nice and helpful, and appointments are quick, precise, and simple! Definitely glad to be going here for my needs.

These are really nice people they really care about their patients and they really care about how their faces are doing actually see them I seen a lot of therapist because I suffer from bipolar agoraphobic and these people that work here are all really really nice and make you feel welcome.

Because I'm agoraphobic I get nervous around new people and I was terrified to meet them but when I saw Lisa Dailey who's a nurse practitioner she really changed my mind about the whole thing and then of course I saw the therapist named Tom and he was super nice as well so I would recommend anybody who needs

My husband had to establish a new PCP (per insurance). Dr. Arthur was more informative than 2 neurosurgeons, pain management and a prior PCP. Looking forward to finally getting some answers and relief for my husband. Staff was very friendly and helpful on forms that needed to be sent. The first doctor out of many over the last few years that didn't make him uncomfortable and left us both feeling hopeful!

Nepa community health over all is amazing and I highly recommend them.
However today (7-19-18) we have such a bad experience, we visited with Lisa Daly, she is such a rude person and very unprofessional.. My sister has many emotional/behavior problems. While we were at our visit I tried explaining to Dr.Lisa Daly what her problem was, her response was that I needed to be quite and let her answer the questions. Immediately my sister shut down, refused to answer, the dr then said ok we are done here then, we will revisit in 2months... we wasted 3hrs of the day because she didn’t review the notes the therapist left nor took into consideration what information was being give to her about her patient..

Always a pleasure going. My family, and I go there for most of our medical needs. Dealing with health is not easy or fun. Everyone that works here is great. Proficianl, and just great people. Thank you all for all you do!

Great Dr an quick walk-in

Th staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to have patients best interest in mind at all times.

I scheduled testing months ago and took off work to have it done. When I arrived they told me I was in fact not getting the testing done. They did not have anyone there that could draw blood is what they told me. They sat me down and talked to me for 10 minutes and rescheduled me so they could bill my insurance twice.

Last week I went down to get lab work done again and was informed that since I had taken medication within the last 12 hours I could not get it done. Nothing was said to me when I made the appointment. Could have easily been avoided.

Never have appointments. They claim they are a walk and but won't take you if you just walk in. Receptionist are rude.

The doctor that my son was seeing there did not seem to care about his well being. She was always quick to get the appointment over with and did not offer much help on the situation.
I understand that they have a policy where they can not see you if you are 10 minutes late. I had an early appointment, we had a flash flood watch, the road to get there was closed and it took us some extra time to get there. We were 11-12 minutes late. They did not see us. I explained why we were late and it didn’t matter. No one else was waiting in the office. No other patients were even there. If that doctor or people in that office cared about my son then I would think it wouldn’t be a big deal. It shouldn’t be policies over patients.

Refuse to give proper care for pshyc if reschedule due to anything more than 2x I was told you will be suspend you from getting care here no med refill or pshyc for a year if reschedule more than once I hate this place
