New Milford Bike Shop

I highly recommend this bike shop as the work is done with care. Very knowledgeable and honest. Very friendly and outgoing and put their heart into making it right for a great ride. Give them 5 stars.

This place nearly came through in a pinch.

On a day the shop was closed, I was riding through town and had lunch in the park around the corner from the bike shop. After lunch and about a mile away, it became clear that a screw from my shoe’s cleat had fallen out and was missing. My teammate and I quickly turned around and headed to the bike shop unaware of its operational status.

Although they were closed, there was a sign on the door with a phone number—I’m guessing it is pandemic protocol. We called and he answered. I explained my problem and he came right down to look for the part I needed. As he began to look for another screw, my teammate rode back to the lunch bench and found the screw. Wild, I know! As my teammate returned victorious, the shop owner (?) came out with exactly what I asked for and said he had taken it out of a set he found. He was relieved he didn’t have to break up the set. Great service!

Nice to know there are people in this world who will still go out of their way to help a stranger. I’d certainly go back.

Outstanding service. Great knowledge. I stopped in with a question about why my derailer was jumping teeth. He diagnosed the problem, then fixed it, and also tuned both derailers. Very reasonable price and great work. Also, very impressive inventory of bicycles and parts.

I went to the New Milford bike shop for service on a rear wheel with damage to the spokes. A previous bike shop started to fix the wheel but was unable to do so. New Milford bike shop was able to true my rear wheel making sure it was symmetric and centered properly. I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone look for service, repairs or a new bike.

A great place to shop. Lots of top quality inventory all the time. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner, Steve is genuine and sincere about helping you with what you really need.
I will continue to go back and refer everyone.

Great service

Store never seems opened and it does not allow un store shopping. Outside view actually shows that uncalled caretake is just lazy. Had an argument with owner through door that was closed and locked for he refused to let me shop for a bike.
