Rent-A-Center

All the furniture I have gotten is well kept and came to me undamaged but the dresser it had a few chip marks on the one side but not worried about it. A big shout out to all the employees at Franklin Rent-A-Center for all the help they have done for my family. All the employees are very friendly and professional when dealing with customers. If I had a choice I'd give more than 5 stars! Thanks everyone

As usual manager Mike was there to save the day and my kids Christmas and just like every time I have dealt with him I was greeted with a smile and left with what I needed and or wanted.

Very nice customer service People are very friendly and they definitely get to know you. Also, they can be very Helpful when needed. As long as you are honest with them and do right by them, they will do right by you.

Never have any issue with rent a center they are always nice polite and willing to work with you.

It's a rent to own. It works great for those that can't get credit. I have dealt with RAC for many years. I've found deals at times where I can buy something there at Cash price cheaper than I could at a store. They always have good deals and awesome customer service.

we have bought from this store the last 5 years or more an i would deal with them anytime compared to aarons store i always get treated nice by them an Mike is a great guy to deal with an so is phil , bought a washer dryer mattress set from them and never had one problem
