If I could give 10 stars, I would for Steve and Justin. I went in for an upgrade and came out with so much more. I had all kinds of deals that I would not have known if it weren't for these two gentlemen. I even got a PS5! Yes, they now carry them for those who couldn't get there hand's on one. I am very blessed and pleased with the way I was treated. Thank you, Verizon Associates! Not at the mall any longer. Now located in Shamokin Damm by Sleep World.

I had a big issue with our account and we had to get some help to figure some things out and the new manager Chuck was a blessing that day for sure. Knew what he was doing. My issue taken care of and was very kind and courteous in the process thank you to you and the team member online that helped resolve our matter.

I needed to get my my phone fixed and the person who helped me was very thorough and discussed all the options in a clear way. When the issue could not be resolved, the person arranged an exchange. He was efficient and polite and this was a far superior experience to when they had a store in the mall where there was no organization to how you were called up to the counter for help. I will return if I have future issues!

This place is fading away faster then I feel good about. Its always been a nice place to go and to hang out. The movies are a bit over priced and there isnt as much shops as you might want but its got a nice quiet atmosphere and a great amount of parking.

This has always been and still is a great mall; has a nice selection of stores, movie theaters, an escape room and some good food options. Too bad so many anchor stores are going away. A lot to offer, don't pass it by.

Employees are friendly and expedient in their duties which is nice if your impatient. They really try to do everything to save you money unlike the company itself which tries to suck you for all they can.
New store is nice and if ur concerned about the virus, there are precautions in place. Becareful pulling out from the lot as the main road can get very busy.

It's a good place they have great shops but sadly alot of stores are closed or are going out of business. Some places are pricey so be prepared to spend if you want quality items. They have Spirit of Halloween in there for the season so that's a place to visit if you love the holidays an like goofy or scary costumes

I, was having issues with my cell phone didn't know where to go with it so I took it down to Verizon and they helped me get through the problems with it. There was a fee to pay of $29 but it was well worth it phone is working well and I am happy

I was greeted immediately. The associate, CJ, helped me to determine whether to upgrade or do an insurance claim. Once decided, he helped me set my new phone up, transfer everything from the old phone to new, and with installing a new case and screen protector. He truly showed he cared about his work and the service he was providing. The rest of the team was super friendly throughout my time being in the store. Keep it up guys and gals!

The best, most friendliest mall I've ever been to. There's everything you want under their roof. Keep the brick and mortar stores running by supporting your local business and employ local people. Buy local first.

Fun to take a stroll and shop with friends. Decent food places and hangout spots especially if you are waiting for a movie to start with the AMC attached to the back of this wonderful mall. I'd give more stars if I could.

I go through the mall look at the sales and I have my shopping list. I find everything I want. And it's my treat day so I stop and have pizza which I think is very good. Most of the time it's AT&T store, Jo-Ann's, and pizza.

Had a pleasant experience. Stopped in to pay my bill at the kiosk and buy a car charger. Employee was helpful.

Keith was a very helpful young man. Did everything that he needed to do to help me get the phone that I wanted. Very polite, friendly, and helpful young man. Glad I went in and he was the one working with me.

Love this place but think it was better when we were teenagers. They had alot better stores. Loved just hanging out all day at the arcade. We would ride the bus and be there all day just having fun.

Garfield's is pretty awesome especially for college students on a budget. You get a lot more food than you would at Applebee's doing the 2 for $20. We were stuffed after the appetizer. The mall itself has a large variety of shops for college students to grab something they may need. It might not be the place to have a payday shopping spree but it has a decent amount of open quality stores.

Susquehanna Valley Mall is my Favorite Mall. Its kept so nicely clean & I like the way it's set up. I wish the mall still had a Hollister Store, but they do have Boscovs which makes up for it mostly. My favorite Stores except for Hollister & Journeys are in Susquehanna Valley Mall & I simply enjoy going there & shopping there!!

Quick to service customers and very informative

Decent mall that seems to be competing with Amazon quite well! It isn't King of Prussia, but it has a nice Boscov's, and a lot of smaller chain stores like Finish Line, American Eagle, Verizon, Hot Topic, FYE, Spencer's and Aeropostale are still there!

The mall is one of the cleanest and accommodating one could hope for. A standard selection of stores (i.e. FYE, BAM!, Hot Topic, Aeropostale, Auntie Annes, etc.). The mall is, unfortunately, suffering the same problem as most malls are today, having difficulty retaining shops and being able to compete with online sales. Almost all of the malls anchor stores have disappeared save for Boscovs, which is still a very fine department and one of the last true ones. The mall features some unique businesses such as a community theatre and fantasy escape rooms. There is an AMC movie theatre attached to the mall. Overall, the mall is a fine location for walking indoors during the winter and visiting local shows (notably an annual car show).
