We recently camped here and it was great!! Very nice place with large campsites. The bathrooms were clean, and well maintained. We will definitely return in the future.

This is a beautiful park and campground. Camp sites are clean and well cared for. There is lots to see and do not only in the park, but within easy driving distance. There are limited full hook ups, many with electric only , and a number of great tenting sites. Reservations are important for holidays and events either in the park or nearby. Wood and ice are available on site as is dump station and potable water at entry. Check in and out at 3pm. There is a pet friendly loop and other areas are non pet, so make sure if you have a pet that you get a site in the pet loop. Check the park website for available activities etc.

I love this place. I've been coming to these mountains for my whole life and this campground is really close to the turnpike exit. I've never had any problems here.

Beautiful family camping experience with gorgeous lake views, straight from our tent. Each camping spot has a picnic table, fire ring and grilling setup. There are plenty activities to do with family or friends: hiking, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, biking, etc. Will definitely camp there again.

Campground was nice. No alcohol allowed and the park shutdown early. But if you are okay with that then its a great place to get away. The campground itself was nice. You get a picnic table and fire pit. We were able to fit two cars and two tents on one site, which was a little tight but we made it work just fine. The pumphouse hike was really nice. Im a fan of mushrooms and it was mushroom paradise on that hike. I have never seen that many different kinds of mushrooms in one hike. Thousands of mushrooms everywhere. You don't even have to go off trail to see them. Really cool.

So relaxing! The camp sites are perfect you feel like you are in the middle of the woods! The beach is cute great for tanning or just chilling in the water and the boat rentals are inexpensive. The food at the concession stand was delicious.

The most relaxing and friendly first time camping trip. Our 1st experience camping was very special during the IBO World Championship that was being held at Seven Springs Resorts. The State park was welcoming and the camp hosts as well as the park rangers made their rounds as expected. The wash houses were kept in order and cleaned as well as they could be during a heavy camping weekend. We were most definitely pleased with our 1st experience with our travel trailer. Beautiful scenery and setting.

Beautiful part of Pennsylvania. Beautifully maintained state park with excellent facilities for camping, picnicking, hiking, and swimming. The fishing left something to be desired. Not much access to the shoreline available.

Lots of trees! Beautiful campground. Shower house has all basic amenities....electrical outlets, hooks, benches, 1 bench installed in the handicap stall. Water was warm, not hot...no hand- held shower heads...only drawback for me.

Great trails for the hikers. A beautifult maintained campground with good prices and clean showers. The actual park area has a beautiful cabin my family rents every year.

Very nice campground, clean bathrooms, camping cottages are spaced nicely, tent & camper spots are well kept. There is plenty to do & see. Hiking trails, fishing, beach & concession stand, boat & kayak launch. We've been going here for the past 15+ yrs, before the cottages were added & its always been this way.

very clean camp sites, not many level sites but can still camp with confidence (pictured site is 55), spaced out well, well maintained, friendly camp hosts, friendly staff at check-in, bathrooms were to be as expected (pretty clean, hot water, spiders like them too), roads in and out were well maintained and plenty of room while pulling a trailer

Very clean and scenic state park campground. We stayed in two of the more open sites, which provides good sunlight. Sites are big enough to afford some privacy. Showers the cleanest I've ever seen at a campground with plenty of hot water! Firewood up front is self serve on the honor system.

One of the best campgrounds I've had the pleasure to visit. The showerhouses are clean, well-maintained, and most importantly, the hot water is plentiful. The bathroom buildings also have large outdoor sinks, which are excellent when you need to do dishes when tent camping. Sublime views of the hillsides from the pet-designated campsites. We stayed in the lower section, which didn't have any cellphone reception, but it was easy enough to walk into service.

The campground was nearly full but we still felt we had privacy. The bathrooms are old, but clean. Everyone was respectful, most sites are spacious enough to feel like you are in the woods, and it had the basic amenities in a gorgeous setting. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great experience at this campground. It was quiet at night and the bathrooms were very clean. The hiking trails and lake beach nearby are fun for families.

This was our first time there...VERY enjoyable! Someone had moved the picnic table and it was too heavy to move ourselves...we told the camp host & he had two very pleasant DCNR employees come down and move it for us... made our experience even more enjoyable... will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!😀🙏
