Billy's - Oil City, PA

Foods are always pretty good and with decent staff on deck. Now, the wing buffet is just alright. Just come in and grab the 10.25 for 10 wing deal so you get them fresher. Also, ask for more sauce they tend to skimp out on it.

I've only had a couple of burgers and fries there as well, so I can't tell you about the entire menu, but their big pretzel is honestly the best I've ever had.

As a restaurant, they're damn good, but as far as entertainment, they rarely ever have any decent bands. Hell, it's hard to even find average bands, but if you're hungry and want some good quality food, Billy's is the place to go.👌

We had a great dinner at Billy’s last night and enjoyed the all you can eat wings and grilled cheese sandwich! We were also happy to see new vegetarian options on the menu. The server was friendly and quick despite how busy it was, and the owner took time to stop and talk with our table. We’ll be back!

Best restaurant I have been to in awhile! Everyone is nice and I loved all the food we had at the table. I hope they do well in the future because I’d love to see them open more restaurants. 😁👍✨

Still one of the best places to get wings in oilcity. There Wednesday and Saturday wing specials are a great price and they have a huge wing flavor selection to choose from

It's one of my favorite places in town now. Staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Food and atmosphere are great. Great selection of wing flavors. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Wow is this place better than I remember a decade ago. Everything was clean, nice draft selection, wings and steak sub were great, staff was extremely kind and joked around. I am 100% going back no doubt! Thanks!

I'm really impressed! New restaurant style dining, wing buffet every Wednesday with many flavors to pick from, and a giant deep fried pretzel. Staff are friendly as can be. Billy's is stepping up their game. Only downside is they aren't open enough.

Great place for wings and food! We went for wings for the first time tonight since they reopened and had a slight wait in getting our food since they were so busy. The extra wait was worth it to begin with for how good their wings are but Billy went above and beyond by giving us two envelopes full of coupons and refunded some of our money spent. Definitely recommend going there!

Wings were outstanding! A bit small, but flavor was great.

The wings were awesome and everything was cooked just right it was a very good experience so thank you Billy's for the great food and quick service.

I love this place. It's probably my most favorite in town. They have GREAT wings! All you can eat on Wednesdays 14 bucks per person. The atmosphere is always friendly and you can always count on the bar keep to be there to fill ya up. ☺ Not to mention Billy is always looking for new talent to help them get on an "open Mic night"

It's the only bar I'll go to, only bar I enjoyed being at back when I went out on a regular basis and now that I only go out once or twice a year, it's always a good time because all my old friends are there, and Billy is a friend of mine and is always entertaining and good conversation. The food is amazing too, especially the wings. Best bar in Oil City, especially for early 20's to late 30's age groups.

I went to listen to the bad. Although I did not stay long, Billy's always has something new to look at and the changes to the bar have been pretty dramatic over the years.

Honestly, one of the nicest bar/restaurants I've ever been in. OH TOWN is lucky to have it. Love going in there and looking around.

I've heard that the food at Billy's is great, the owner's very kind and helped me out with some issues as soon as he could. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm excited to in the future. Thanks a bunch!

The place is spotless. Unbelievably clean. Most of all great tasting food, and great service. We will most definitely be back.
